Pros:

The property appeared to be under new ownership or management. The property management were addressing property maintenance and several other issues related to the building. However, we were not disturbed but did notice the activities.

Our stay was very brief but our experience was well received. The room appeared clean. The room was spacious. The beds were super comfortable. In addition, the bathroom was well stocked with essentials for a brief stay. The breakfast was pleasant. The staff are friendly!

Cons:

Unfortunately, due to the maintenance the halls did have a strong chemical odor of some sort of cleaning products. It was very strong, it caused our family to have active sinus issues during our stay.

The only issue that needs to be addressed is the bathtub that came bare. This is a very serious matter bc the tub is so slippery that it can cause serious injuries to anyone who slips. It happened on my watch while I gave my littlest a bath and she slipped onto her bottom. That really stressed me out that I would like to suggest the hotel provide bathtub mats in the future with families traveling with children or anyone who doesn’t want to get hurt while they are visiting.

Fast convenient check in. Booking was easy

Cons:

AC was noisy and wasn't working very well. Lived with it. Shower was slick after being wet. Being elderly, was a real concern. All in all it was ok. But I expected La Quinta to be better. They always have been in past locations. Parking was a mess. Just to get to the hotel.

Recommend Besides A Few Mishaps
Pros:

The Staff Did Help With Whatever I Needed..Great Location And The Breakfast Is Great! Great Variety Of Things For Breakfast.

Cons:

I Arrived Late At Night. I Was Tired And Ready For Bed. I Was Given A Room That Was Not Ready. Dirty Towels On Bathroom Floor And Beds Not Made. Trash Everywhere. I Didn't Think To Take Pictures But I Went To Front Desk And They Gave Me Another Room. New Room Stunk Like Mildew From The A.C. So The Smell Wasn't Pleasant. The Closet Door Wouldn't Close Because It Was Damaged Inside And The Shower Looked As If It Needed Cleaning In The Border Area. Needs A Trash Can In The Room Area. Only Had One In The Bathroom.

So Dusty. My daughter had a hard time breathing.
Pros:

Eddie was friendly and accommodating. There is nothing else I liked about my time spent there.

Cons:

The whole entire hotel was covered and dust. There were stains on the lampshades. There were fingerprints everywhere on the microwaves even on the ceiling. My nine-year-old daughter found pubic hair on our bottom sheet when we were wanting to go to sleep. We were so tired. I had to go downstairs and ask the front desk for sheets. I put my own sheets, hoping that they were clean on top of the dirty sheets. Gave up after that and left with my nine-year-old daughter around 11 pm.
