The stay was alright, it could have been better with daily room care, and a better balcony location.

The cleanliness of the room

Cons:

No one tidied up the room each day. They did not empty trash cans we had to go look for someone in house keeping to get clean towels, and toilet paper. I asked for a room with a balcony which I did get, but it faced the highway. It was too loud to go out on. It should not have been at the price I paid without these things.

We had a very enjoyable stay that met or exceeded all our expectations.
Pros:

The breakfast is exceptional for a place of this size, and the selections had something for everyone, all prepared very well and very fresh. The staff could not have been more pleasant or more helpful

Pros:

The power went out during the night and it maybe was circuit situation because one light in our room worked. No WiFi. I know they could not help it but it was inconvenient

Pros:

The room was in need of repairs. The TV did not work and the toilet was loud and running continuously. I received little assistance from the front desk. We finally were moved to another room when we complained more.
