Important information:

For studios and apartments, cleaning and change of bed linen and towels is carried out 2 times per week.

When traveling with pets, please note that only pets weighing up to 25 kgs are allowed at an extra charge of EUR 25 per pet, per stay applies. Owners are allowed to transit through the common areas with their pet, along the route to their room and the hotel lobby. However, the pets are not allowed to stay in the following areas of the hotel: bar, restaurant, meeting rooms, toilets.

zu große Entfernung vom Messegelände, zu wenige Shuttle-Möglichkeiten deshalb die Messe nur per Taxi erreichbar. Hoher Geräuschpegel im und um das Hotel, schwierige Orientierung im Hotel aufgrund schlechter Beschilderung. Personal teilweise wenig hilfsbereit
