For studios and apartments, cleaning and change of bed linen and towels is carried out 2 times per week.
When traveling with pets, please note that only pets weighing up to 25 kgs are allowed at an extra charge of EUR 25 per pet, per stay applies. Owners are allowed to transit through the common areas with their pet, along the route to their room and the hotel lobby. Absolutely amazing staff, the room was (5218) was huge and definitely more than we could of asked for, food was good the lay out just worked. Short walk to the metro, perfect.
There was nothing about the hotel that we didn't like, the only thing was there wasn't any shops near.

La posizione, molto comoda. La stanza, ben servita di tutti i comfort. Il personale estremamente cortese.
Il rumore: di notte mi sono svegliata più volte per il vocio in corridoio di chi rientrava nelle loro camere o per rumori provenienti dalla stanza accanto. Le camere non sono ben insonorizzate.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero eccellente presso l’hotel a Pero e non posso che consigliarlo vivamente. Avevo prenotato 2 stanze per 3 notti. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande professionalità, cordialità e attenzione da parte di tutto il personale, sempre disponibile e sorridente.
La camera era impeccabile: al 4 piano e con vista sul giardino; pulitissima, ordinata e con un piacevole profumo che dava subito una sensazione di comfort e relax. Anche gli spazi comuni erano curati nei minimi dettagli.
La colazione è stata una delle cose che abbiamo apprezzato di più: ricca, abbondante e con prodotti di qualità, adatta davvero a tutti i gusti.
Molto comodo anche il parcheggio, ampio e pratico, un valore aggiunto importante per chi viaggia in auto.
Un ringraziamento speciale va poi allo staff per la dolcezza e l’accoglienza riservata alla nostra nipotina di 2 anni: ci siamo sentiti rassicurati e coccolati durante tutto il soggiorno, come in famiglia. Un grazie speciale a Guendalina che ha effettuato il nostro check-in con garbo, simpatia e alta professionalità.

Muy amplio y cómodo. Concurrido pero no demasiado. Muy limpio y bien equipado. Es un plus que en recepción hablen varios idiomas
Quizás el desayuno se quedó un pelín corto pero también cabe de ir que llegue tarde y muchas cosas se habían agotado.
