It is true that the room was a standard one; however, air conditioning is essential during the summer months and should be provided in all rooms, regardless of category.

Entering the room was often frustrating, as the door handle frequently jammed after swiping the key card, meaning it could take several attempts before the door would open. There was also no hot water in the mornings, and the bed was noticeably sunken, making it uncomfortable to sleep on.

Overall, I did not feel the stay offered good value for money, despite the excellent location. The hotel itself feels quite dated, and there was also an unpleasant odour in the corridor leading to the elevators.

Aber im großen und ganzen wenn das Erledigt ist Buche ich gerne wieder auch mal 2 Nächte mit Frühstü

Ich habe mich Entschieden wegen der Olds coolen Einrichtung eas mich sehr Anspricht! Was mir auch Gefallen hat Beeindruckend Groß. Modern auch wieder und vor Allem das eine Miniküche vorhanden ist,was nicht Selbstverständlich ist.

Cons:

Naja im Bad sollte mal ein Handwerker Vorbeischauen! Zimmer 204
WC Brille Rechte Schraube locker wackelte beim Draufsitzen!
Und im der Dusche ist der Duschschlauch sehr Undicht das Heiße Wssser kommt im Schlauch bereits Raus an 2 Stellen das ist sehr Unangenehm.
Und die Duschstange ust oben Locker mußte Aufpassen das ich Sie nicht auf den Kopf bekomme. Warum ist das Locker ? Ich hätte es Verstanden eine Sache aber so viele! Man Erwartet als Kunde das Alles Festgeschraubt ist und vor Allem Dicht!

Und was ich in einer Miniküche Vermisse ist für ein Doppelzimmer Imventar !
Was soll ich mit einer Küche ohne Inventar?

Leider nicht ganz Ideal
Pros:

Personal war nett und die Nähe zu der Uber Arena und S-BAHN war super. Habe wegen den Mängel des Zimmer über die Hälfte des Geldes zurück erhalten.

Cons:

Leider sehr laut in der Nacht, Klimaanlage bei 40Grad war kaputt und viele Dinge im Zimmer waren Defekt. Das Frühstück war leider den Aufpreis nicht wert.

Good hotel but extra cost for utilities
Pros:

Room design was nice

Cons:

There was no AC and cold water, room temp reached 29°C. When we asked reception if anything can be done to fix this, they said that this costs extra and we should upgrade our room.

Pros:

Comfortable location, especially that we had a concert to go to at the Uber arena. Overall, clean, cosy, loved the big mirrors, amazing dark curtains that block the sunlight. Even if it was way above 30 degrees outside, the room was still cool, which was great.

Cons:

In the description of the room, the kitchenette and all the kitchenware were included, which we really needed and picked this exact hotel and room because of that. We had bought our food right before the check-in just to find out all the kitchen facilities are only available for long term guests. Thankfully, at least there was a little fridge up for use that was very needed for my allergy medication. When confronted about this, the receptionist )grey hair and beard) replied with a very sassy and rude attitude, saying he is aware of the misinformation on the booking site and can’t help us at all. He suggested us to cancel the booking or just deal with it and write a complaint. Not having access to the kitchenette, the room was rather overpriced.

Für Kurztrip ideal
Pros:

Sehr schönes und großes Zimmer, sauberes Badezimmer.

Cons:

Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel nicht vorhanden, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Pros:

Das Bett war gut.

Cons:

Kein Service. Licht im Zimmer,eine gute Lichtinstalstion aber nicht geeignet zum Wohnen. Keine Relation um Preis. Viel zu teuer. Keine Reinigung in den 4 Tagen. Auch nicht die Wahl ob es gewünscht ist oder nicht. Vieles defekt. Nicht zu empfehlen.
