For what I was charged the beds were awful, the rooms were not updated nor very clean and roaches

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Lovely property. Very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The laundry washer was more expensive than advertised. It’s $1 more for a quick cycle and $8.50 more for a power wash. Which is a little bit annoying when you’re travelling. Not the worst however. All breakfast must be paid for too. No free breakfast for hotel guests.

Convenient Place to Stay for a Oklahoma Football game
Pros:

We were in Norman for an Oklahoma Football game. We had an issue with our first hotel so last minute found the Courtyard Marriott. I would not recommend getting a last minute hotel on a football weekend as it was pricey. But it was a great location for a game and was a nice hotel. There are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The staff were very friendly. We also had a medical emergency and the staff was helpful and genuinely concerned for our well being.

Stayed just one night, and everything was great except Thursday Night Football was unwatchable because of the TV in my room. Front desk was unable to get someone from maintenance to assist with a remote control.

Pros:

There was no hot water. Which meant no showers which being in 80-90 degree weather was no fun.
The “coffee “ shop in the lobby definitely not worth the cost

The property is in bad repair with torn wallpaper and broken elevators. Little options for drinks and snacks. This is a dated property that asks a higher cost but does not earn the funds. Stay somewhere else.

Pros:

Everything is falling apart. Rooms and outer common areas are dirty. I saw the biggest cobweb in the lobby. My first room smelt like pet dander so bad I had to change rooms. Wallpaper coming off of the walls, leaks too. Not the Marriott experience I’m used to

Pros:

My family and I stayed here to attend the Tracy Lawrence concert at RiverWind casino and it was a nice stay! The staff was very friendly and kind, and the outdoor patio area with the firepit was the perfect place to hang out after the concert!

Nice location, good price and comfortable rrom
Pros:

We had the unfortunate experience with another room on our floor having a small electrical fire. We all had to evacuate at 10:15pm, but it was very orderly and well managed. After a reasonably short time, we were allowed back to our rooms. The room was nice, clean and prepared/personalized for our arrival! I would consider staying here again, as the proximity to OU and other points of interest was great. Bummer on the issue, but they handled it and us well.

Pros:

I had multiple flies, a beetle, and a large roach in my room. There was food on the ground outside a lot and I notified staff a couple times without them doing anything over a 24 hour period
