Unpleasant and disappointing.
Pros:

Only coffee was offered for free.
There was a way to order food to pay but no one was at the order window.

Cons:

When we arrived staff was still cleaning, dirty towel left in bathroom on the floor. No one came to to refresh the room on the second day, so no clean towels or coffee pods. Our key didn’t open our door when we returned on the second day. Had to wait in line to get new key after a very tiring day. The facility is clearly understaffed and mismanaged. For the price, I expected more.

i called for shuttle 3 times and nobody answered phone so i paid 50.00 for uber -
Pros:

room was ok for a room

Cons:

shower leaking on the floor - when i checked in there was water under the tile so when i walked on it my feet got wet as water came up from under the flooring :(

Convenient, clean, close to what I needed.
Pros:

Very convenient to the airport. Had to travel a red eye to attend a family funeral and had a quick turnaround. Very nice accomodation.

Run down and dirty despite good service from staff.
Pros:

The service at the front desk and all the staff was great! Helpful and kind.

Cons:

Run down, dirty! The elevator and hall ways were dirty, smelly and stuffy.
Did not have hot water on two nights due to a broken heater. The shower in the room i stayed in smelt old and moldy! This facility needs an upgrade!

A bit disappointed but I know it can still get corrected
Pros:

The lobby is well put together with the pool table next to the bar and a big wide screen tv.

Cons:

It’s far from any restaurants and the closest establishment nearby is Starbucks. This establishment is still new but I thought the towels and sheets were all a bit worn out for an establishment that is still new. It didn’t have any ironing tools but it has a steamer though. It’s idea and concept of modern contemporary design is excellent but failed to deliver to the concept of what a mid scale to upscale establishment should look and feel like.

It got me through a few days
Pros:

The location was decent

Cons:

Cops were responding to squatters on my floor. There was a stain on the ice bucket lid, no bags for ice bucket, night stands didn't have a lamp, the place overall didn't smell or seem clean, I caught a cold, closets were subpar with no space, no place to hold luggage, broken window covers, products smelled manly, no magnifying mirrors for makeup, no door in the vanity area. Subpar cleanliness. I am Latina, trust me, I know when a place hasn't been clean deeply in a while. Hilton is significantly better, feels clean and no cops on your floor evicting people.

OK, but Been to Better
Pros:

We were there for 5 days for a softball tournament. Overall it was a good experience. The room was clean. The A/C in the room apparently was not working correctly as it was damp in the room. One thing to note is that the shower floor is very slippery when wet. An accident waiting to happen. Had to stand on a washrag for our safety.
Does not have a complimentary breakfast - only some fruit and coffee. No restaurant, per se, but you can order food at the bar in the lobby.

Enjoyable business hotel clean and modern
Pros:

Strange set up unsure what if anything was included which was only coffee hot food preferred via a hatch and charged to room. 7/11 and Starbucks outside with good chocolate of hot and cold food.

Cons:

Location is ok 10-15 mins from airport 15-20 min walk to metro station. UBER or hire car required for any shopping. Air con really noisy.

the location close to the airport. So it is the Hilton Garden inn but cheaper and with nicer personnel
