Strange set up unsure what if anything was included which was only coffee hot food preferred via a hatch and charged to room. 7/11 and Starbucks outside with good chocolate of hot and cold food.
Location is ok 10-15 mins from airport 15-20 min walk to metro station. UBER or hire car required for any shopping. Air con really noisy.
the location close to the airport. So it is the Hilton Garden inn but cheaper and with nicer personnel
the personnel wasn't so gelpful, the breakfast was the bare minimum
Nice property at a great price
A bit far from food/attractions without access to a vehicle
The property had a really nice communal space where a lot of people that were staying hung around and they had pool and snacks and the TV. The rooms were decorated really nicely, and there was a lot of space in them.
The walls were paper thin so when I was sleeping, I heard a lot of doors closing and people talking
Clean accommodations friendly staff
the room a/c had an awful rattling/noise
Was told the shuttle runs once every hour then was told it’s by request only. After requesting a ride multiple times and waiting outside for over an hour and a half, we called once more and were told the driver was “almost there and popped a tire and had to come back.” We were told to wait for it to get back to the hotel, wait for a tire to be changed, and then they would arrange for someone to get us. We ordered an Uber and were at the hotel in 6 minutes. Once we walked into the hotel to pickup our car, I asked if they had gotten the tire fixed on the shuttle and both workers looked puzzled at each other and said, “huh?” Then the girl I spoke with, Keiry, said, “Oh, yes we did…yeah.” She then was shocked we did not wait for the shuttle that it should “almost be there”… yet the shuttle was sitting outside where we could see it. Blatantly unorganized and unprofessional.
My wife and I went on our honeymoon in May. This seemed like a reasonable pay to park option aside from being charged out the wazoo at the airport. The shuttle to the airport was another story. The man driving could care less who was in the back seat. He was driving like a maniac swerving and merging lanes. After our honeymoon we called the hotel because we were told beforehand that the shuttles run every hour on the hour. After speaking to a lady named Keiry . We were supposed to be picked up at 2H at 2:00pm. We waited and waited, my wife called at 2:16pm and they told us that we had to request the shuttle service. Which is completely different than what Keiry had told us prior. Keiry then stated that the shuttles run every should be there in 15 minutes. 15 minutes comes and goes, it is now 2:45pm and we have been waiting at the shuttle pick up since 1:41pm. We call and speak to Katie again which she tells us that our driver had blown a tire and had to go back to the hotel and get another shuttle. After waiting this long and with all the mishap and misdirection, we decided to call an uber that was quicker and better service. When we got back to the hotel, both shuttle busses looked perfectly fine. No spare tire, no bus around back in a shop, nothing. Would not recommend this hotel or shuttle service to anyone in the future. Employees need to get on the same page and not spread false information.
Location was basic - nothing to do in the area and no restaurants. Luckily there was uber eats and the hotel has a decent menu.
Windows in my room very dirty
