Gute Lage für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp.

Cons:

Leider absolut unfreundliches Personal. Die Dame an der Rezeption kam beim Check-in gähnend aus ihrem Büro. Der Föhn/steckdose im Bad funktionierte nicht, Nachfrage an der Rezeption ergab nur, dass niemand helfen kann. Es wurde notiert, es kam bis zum Check out aber niemand. Um 21:00 Wurde uns gesagt, der Pool sei geschlossen trotz Schild mit Hinweis bis 22:00. es war sehr dreckig im Zimmer. In der Dusche Klebten noch Haare von den vorherigen Gästen.

Room dirty and unsafe - ceiling looked like it had water damage and smoke alarm broken then removed.
Pros:

The breakfast was okay.

Cons:

I have been trying to get in touch with the manager Ms. Patel, but keep being told she’s not in. During my stay, the room smoke alarm went off non-stop in the middle of the night. The front desk lady advised me to “fan the smoke alarm with a towel” to make it turn off. Of course, this only lasted a few minutes and then it would go off again. Finally, someone comes up to my room and then proceeds to remove the smoke alarm from my room. They did not offer to put me in another room, instead - advised me to talk to the management in the morning to get a refund. I was told the price adjustment would be done when the manager came in the day of my check-out and I would get a phone call. No follow up or refund has been issued. Poor customer service.

Pros:

The front desk staff was very polite and fast. Ms. Michele, the breakfast lady made some tasty grits! She made sure everyone was served and kept the area really clean and stocked. The room was big.

Cons:

The dresser in the room was a little outdated.

The front desk lady was nice and polite

Cons:

The beds had a weird odor ( like a damp oder) and not comfortable bed ( hard mattress) The Pillows small they felt like you just got a bed sheet and rolled like a pillow & the had that weird damp odor ; In the bathroom the toilet was dirty all brown around the inner circle part; And we noticed 3 little red bumps in my skin like the day after but I really don't know if it was something on the sheets ; I stayed all week in different hotels in FL area with no issues except for this one I stay & didn't leave just because I was so tierd and had 12 without sleep . I don't know if the rest of the rooms were the same or not but that was my experience in the room given.

Terribly disappointing and wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

An alarm went off in the property at approximately 4am which woke me up, and stayed on for a considerable amount of time. I placed pillows to bridge the gap under the door to the corridor to mitigate the continuous beeping. I had a long drive to make and did so in a tired state. Disappointing not to be able to have a good night sleep. Staff didn’t even comment at checkout to apologise. Poor!

Good stay good looking pool was a little upset because room was canceled but reinstated.

Loud and poor customer service
Pros:

Location. Close to FSU.

Cons:

Noise. Inability of staff to maintain a quiet environment. Room above ours had people constantly pounding on floor, and playing music until 3 a m. When I complained to reception, I was told that they were full, and that I could checkout (at 1 a.m.)...and go where?

Furthermore, we stayed 2 nights and our room was not serviced on the 2nd day.
