Pros:

Will probably never book another Holiday Inn stay anywhere
Pros:

We got there late and wanted to celebrate our sons 19th birthday and also his getting married the next day,I asked the front desk if we could use the dining area for a little while and they said of course,we cleaned up everything after we were done and thanked them,I came back to the front desk around 11pm and asked if the 4 rooms I had booked could get a late checkout because the wedding wasn’t until 1pm,the guy that had just came on duty said yes he extended our rooms until 12pm

Cons:

The next morning the rude house keeper came around at about 10:30 telling us we had to leave because she had to clean the rooms,I explained to her I had purchased 4 rooms and we were told 12pm,she said that the clerk had to approve extending the stay thru her,so everyone had to rush and get ready,I explained her rudeness to the morning manager and he said he would talk to her,

We loved our stay there!
Pros:

The breakfast was the best we've had at a hotel, the manager of the breakfast area was friendly, the beds, soft pillows, comforter was super comfortable (I'm usually so cold in other hotels but not this one), I loved being able to keep the fan on all night to block any noise, the bathroom and room in general was designed so well, water pressure in shower was great, the hotel was kept very clean. This was one of the best hotel we've ever stayed at.

Cons:

There's nothing we didn't like.

Continental breakfast was great compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. Really enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

Room was comfortable. Hot tub and pool were a plus. Daily room service was a good touch. Continental breakfast had a variety of choices and was well stocked. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Wireless internet was a tad slow and unusable at times
