Extrem guter Service, vom Ankommen mit reichlich Parkplätzen sowohl für Autos und sogar Fahrräder über den Service im Zimmer als auch bei Frühstück und Abendessen. Wir waren super Happy mit der Halbpension. Die Auswahl und die Qualität der Speisen sucht wirklich seines gleichen. Das Highlight war der sardische Abend, an welchem Kultur und Essen perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt waren 👍👏. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut, und ein Bummel in das wirklich sehenswerte Städtchen Pula sollte man sich Abends nicht entgehen lassen. Ein echt gelungenes Rund um Wohlfühlpaket. Vielen Dank für die schönen unvergesslichen Tage....

assoluta indifferenza nei confronti della clientela

colazione varia, bella posizione, molto comodo, comfort nelle camere

Cons:

Ci capitata una sfortuna con la macchina parcheggiata, distrutta nel parcheggio, abbiamo chiesto lo staff dell' albergo di allungare di 2 km il servizio navetta per non camminare 5km dalla spiaggia sotto la randa di 38° per arrivare dal meccanico, HANNO RIFIUTATO! Delusione totale. Invece di chiedere loro come poterci aiutare vista la vacanza guastata di quel evento, hanno detto che potevano chiamarci il taxi (potevamo farlo anche noi), peccato che meccanico chiudeva e taxi ci metteva mezzora per arrivarci.

Très bel endroit, on y mange très bien. Personnel très professionnel et avenant

Cons:

Il est indiqué que la climatisation est disponible toute l’année sauf que dans les faits, c’est l’établissement qui décide de la mettre en route ou non. Il est compréhensible que d’allumer l’air conditionné pour l’ensemble du site représente un coût et qu’il faut bien gérer cet aspect mais il est tout aussi important de ne pas rester figer sur les dates et adapter en fonction des températures extérieures. Lorsque nous y avons été, il y avait 26 degrés la nuit sans la chambre et donc, impossible de dormir correctement

Very impressive, well-managed hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Extremely well-run hotel which manages to combine a high level of professionalism whilst still feeling like a small, family business. Everything has been perfected at the Lantana - the reception staff are friendly and efficient, the pool area spotlessly clean, and the rooms well-appointed. The manicured gardens, comfortable public areas and overall quality surpass that of some of the bigger, flashier resorts to be found nearby. An added bonus is the location - halfway between Pula and the beach at Nora, so you can easily walk or cycle everywhere. We didn't try the restaurant for dinner but were impressed with both breakfast and lunch. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lantana Resort. The hotel is located near the center of Pula, a 5-minute walk to the supermarket and about 15 minutes to the town center. Nora Beach is about a 20-minute walk away, but the hotel offers a free shuttle bus. The hotel and its surroundings are beautifully maintained, with plenty of greenery, palm trees, cacti, and gorgeous hibiscus bushes. The hotel has a large swimming pool with a section for smaller children, and plenty of sun loungers; finding a spot was easy. The rooms are spacious and clean, with patios, comfortable beds, and air conditioning. The entire hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the waitress, Fabiana, who was always smiling and professional. The food in the restaurant was very tasty. We had the half board option; breakfast was excellent, and dinner was delicious, with a great selection, presentation, and taste. We highly recommend Lantana resort and would happily return

Très bel hôtel bien entretenu, cuisine excellente mais pas suffisamment généreuse.

Les jardins très bien entretenu, le côté familial de l’hôtel. L’accueil de certains personnels.

Cons:

Cuisine excellente mais pas assez généreuse. Petit déjeuné bon mais pas fabuleux. (Toujours la même chose et pas assez « local » et le fait de ne pouvoir se servir soi même le café.
Le manque de clarté entre booking et l’établissement. Ce qui nous a fait ajouter 280€ pour ma fille alors qu’avant la réservation j’avais bien préciser qu’il y aurait une enfant

Me encantó, no puedo decir defectos, instalaciones limpias, estacionamiento amplio y gratis, con cargadores para coche eléctrico, piscina espectacular, restaurante delicioso y el personal super atento, todos muy amables, en especial Cristian….siempre muy amigable y con buen humor, además, el pueblo que está al lado (Pula) muy bonito, con muchas terrazas y vida durante todo el verano

This hotel truly deserves the highest rating. From the moment you make your reservation until the day you leave, you experience exceptional service throughout your stay.

The rooms are comfortable and feature wonderful terraces, perfect for relaxing during the afternoon. The staff are friendly, always smiling, and happy to help. The food is delicious, and the hotel offers many thoughtful services. A special thank you for the shuttle to the beach, it made our stay even more enjoyable.

The beautiful sea, the charming town, perfect for evening walks and an aperitif, and the unique Sicilian atmosphere made this holiday truly unforgettable.

The best sign of a wonderful vacation is feeling a little sad when it's time to leave because you wish you could stay longer. Thank you for an amazing stay. We will definitely come back!
