Cons:

Always have to bring my own pillow. Bed pillows are way too high loft for me. If I forget mine have to use rolled towel. Wish they had combination of both.

Cons:

The bartender Tim was very rude. We sat at the bar for 30 minutes and he never acknowledged us. Was helping everyone else around us, and for some reason completely ignored our group. Very rude! We ended up leaving without ever getting any service.
