Cons:

Some of the staff not friendly and although I made a special request and there were plenty of open rooms I was told my request would not be granted I was stuck with what they gave us.

We would stay here again, but a heads up to the cafe being closed would have been nice.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, comfortable and everyone was polite. We would stay here again.

Cons:

The restaurants were closed by 10pm. The cafe that stays open late was shut down for renovation, so the only food available was deli sandwiches.

The room met expectations. The check in and check out met expectations.

Cons:

We skied on Friday and was extremely disappointed to see the hot tub was out of service. That was the primary reason for the stay.

Being charged for something I didn't even do
Cons:

Trying to say I broke TV and we were in the room only to sleep and then checked out 2 hrs before checkout time if you were to go in our room doesn't even look like anybody stayed in it
