Unpleased.
Pros:

Just the location close to the falls.

Cons:

The service was very bad. The room was smelly smoke and body odor and dried up blood was on the end of the bed spread very nasty. My first time visiting and was not pleased at all would never go back.

Clean and comfortable stay in a great location.
Pros:

The location was great. The room was fantastic. Check in and check out were effortless.

Cons:

The hallways and the lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Somehow it never got inside the room but it was an unpleasant thing to be confronted with when moving through the hotel.

Wishes room was ready on time.
Pros:

Are checking was at 4:00 p.m. we arrived at 3:45 to be told our room would not be ready anywhere from a half an hour, to an hour possibly 3 hours later. The lady at the desk who had curly dark hair I think some tattoos on her fingers she wasn't very nice I mean she wasn't mean but she wasn't nice at the same time. We traveled from Ohio here had visited Canada all day long and was looking forward to checking in at 4:00. I think the way she would have presented it to us I would have been nicer but I was very ticked off that I had to wait in the lobby and then to find out the text system wasn't working so I sat there for an hour and a good thing I got up to check to see if my room was ready and statement was did you get the text. No text and had to wait.

Cons:

I like everything but the fact that my room was not ready and the staff that told me that wasn't very nice.

Disappointed with our stay.
Pros:

The view of the sunset from the room was exceptional.

Cons:

The woman working at check in was unfriendly, did not give us any information regarding the hotel and we were not made aware that not all restaurants would be open during our stay

We would stay there again
Cons:

We asked for a non smoking room, however once you left the room the smell of cigarette smoke was terrible. We asked at the front desk if we were given a smoking floor by mistake but were told we had a non smoking floor.

It was ok
Pros:

It was nice that we got to do vale parking

Cons:

I asked for the falls view never got that we also asked for extra towels and no one answered us we never got them we also called to ask them to clean the bathroom bc it wasn't clean and that didn't happen. We also were going to ask for more pillows again couldn't reach anyone .

Pros:

I paid for the room on booking when I got there they doubled booked me. wouldn't take my deposit in cash like they have always done and they never released my deposit because they're too confused at all the charges between my account and theirs from when they double charged me.big mess. I used to go daily. They've lost my business

There was no complimentary coffee as advertised and a sharp broken metal spring was poking out of the end of our mattress scraping our feet and legs .. Very dangerous
