Check-in line was long , needed more staff, no hot water for shower , room was not cooling below 72 degrees, for the price the water should have been complimentary, only 2 towels for 2 people and don’t cover anything, the lack of hot water for a shower was very bad when traveling and a nice hot shower would help alleviate aches and pains ,, bed was not comfortable, pillows didn’t offer support ,, just a lot of money for lack of value ,, lastly tv lost signal and to correct it I had to power it off let it sit a minute then turn it back on to get the service back ,, not cool

I really enjoyed my stay; especially the hospitality and the location. I would strongly recommend!
Pros:

The room was very accommodating and comfortable.

Cons:

The overwhelming stinky smell of cigarette smoke upon entering the resort and my room. I wish they had a non-smoking policy throughout the resort.

An average experience bu the falls.
Pros:

Spent some time with family whilst visiting the Niagara Falls park areas; room was very spacious and overall experience was good, with easy check in, conveniant parking area and hotel location. The breakfast experience instead was very negative; very expensive with very average quality and limited choices if going for the buffet. Overall an average experience.

THE ROOM WAS BIG RETAURANT WAS GREAT

YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR BOTTLED WATER THATS IN YOUR ROOM AND WIFI .REFRIDGERATOR WAS NOT WORKING IN EITHER ROOM AND THE BIGGESTBTHING IS THAT THE WHOLE HOTEL SMELLS LIKE SMOKE THEY SHOULD NOT ALLOW SMOKING ANYWHERE

Overall, the room itself was beautiful. The staff at three sisters restaurant was wonderful. I don’t recommend the buffe

I love the view. The size of the room was great. The setup of the room in the bathroom was amazing.

Cons:

The towel rack was found on the floor when we enter the room. It seems to have come off. I reported it twice to the front desk along with the fact that the door does not automatically latch enclose when we walk out of it. I was told that someone would come up to the room to look at both issues. To my knowledge, no one came up. When we left the towel rack was still damaged.

We had a nice day. They had a shuttle that took you to the Falls, which was nice and the restaurants were good. The room

Cons:

Everywhere you went even in the non-smoking rooms everything smells like smoke. The hallways were dirty like they’ve never been vacuumed along the edges.

I needed a short respite and this place covered everything I needed with Niagara Falls for a back drop!
Pros:

Very clean, rooms large and comfortable. My view of Niagara Falls was amazing , dot to watch the fireworks over the falls at 10 pm.
