Not happy at all... Customer service was bad.
Pros:

Location was very good, view from room fabulous, large and spacious

Front desk at checkin - not a single smile
Stayed two nights, Housekeeping did not clean the room after day 1 even after we called housekeeping and informed to clean a bit late. when we spoke to manager late in evening after we returned to hotel, we were told that we had to inform at reception to clean the room and denied having received our call to housekeeping to clean room. They finally agreed to give spare towels and replenish coffee etc. but did not clean anything. we slept on dirty linen only.

Even water bottles kept in room was not complimentary.

Fantastic hotel and facilities let down by smell of cigarettes
Pros:

Location to the falls and facilities in the hotel were excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Smell of cigarette smoke in areas of the hotel which were non smoking. Room was not serviced for the three nights we stayed.

Pros:

我要求安静的房间，但是check in的时候给我了一个非常嘈杂的房间，窗外就是风机。后来再我要求下，给我换了一个安静的高层房间。最后结果是满意的，但是过程让人遗憾。

Cons:

我开车过来，导航引导的是赌场的北侧出口，根本无法就近停车。绕了两圈也是如此，后来几经周折，问了酒店的员工，才知到酒店的入口是南边。希望酒店能修正在导航软件中的位置。

Nothing to brag about
Pros:

Definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone

Cons:

Prices are extremely pricy everywhere in the hotel
People not courteous
Not a lot of amenities for the price paid

Loved it!
Pros:

We absolutely loved this resort, and will definitely stay here again. Our room was perfect, with a gorgeous view. The casino downstairs gives a free buffet just for signing up to play, and that buffet was so, so good. We ate a delicious breakfast every morning at Three Sisters, and it was more than we could eat. ( That strawberry French toast!) Everyone was so friendly and helpful, just a great experience.

Great stay, will book again!
Pros:

Perfect location, walkable distance to Niagara Falls, it’s also very obvious from every angle you will not miss it. Parking lot is big and convenient. Room is clean and comfortable, elevators are always fast. Over all a really good experience.

Cons:

The room was a bit outdated, but still clean and comfortable, so it didn’t really impact my overall experience.

Pros:

Staff was wonderful. View was great. Casino was fun. Rooms were excellent.

Cons:

We sat in three sisters restaurant for 20 to 25 minutes without being acknowledged. We left. The hostess brought us water because the waitress didn't come over.

Bad hotel staff— each and everyone , hotel cutting corners everywhere

Hotel is ok, staff is totally unhelpful and rude. Check in experience was not good, had clearly requested king bed, and they say they do not have king bed, how is that possible?? No bath robe or slippers in the room,. Was travelling with kids and there s no tub in the room! Asked to switch to a room with bath tub but they flat out refused. We stayed for 3 days and no house keeping even after calling multiple times. Worst is every night at 1 am AC would stop and heater would kick in. When mentioned on 2 nd day they said we need to come check in when that actually happens. Daytime was alright but same thing happened at 2 am next night !! How can I have someone coming in room at 2 am with 2 kids sleeping .. the front desk person was very cold, unapologetic..
Don’t know what these people tho k of themselves …
