Clean, convenient.
Pros:

Location!!! Easy walk to Niagara State Park right through the casino - super convenient. Staff was very nice!

Cons:

I wish there was a bigger sign or email notice that valet parking for hotel guests was free.

Nice accomodations but lacked some of the basic ammenities in the rooms.
Pros:

Front desk staff very accommodating and professional. Housekeeping very nice. Grounds and casino well maintained.

Cons:

Buffett steamline often short staffed and not maintained with fresh or clean areas where food is being handled. Waitress I had for 2 days was the BEST and very friendly and great at handling guests needs and guest services associated with dining.

Hotel was fine. Three sisters need better management.
Cons:

The restaurant 3 sisters messed up order then when they brought out the right order 20 minutes after the rest of our table had eaten, they charged us for both orders. The manager was so unprofessional. He brought our order out and said sorry for the wait there was a mixup in the kitchen and your waiter will be right out to serve you. We waited so long that the table beside us joked and said “is that your order sitting there? Do you want us to serve you”?. They asked to speak to the manager because their order was messed up too. He didn’t do anything to make it right even though he had the opportunity too. He shouldn’t be in customer service at all.

Cons:

We came at the hotel at 2pm asked for early check in. They have no room available at the time which is totally okay and we would wait. And i came back at 4:30 their system was down and couldn’t do anything. After 5:30 they finally got their system working again but room is still under cleaning and we had to wait. I drove over 8 hours to get there with my old mom only staying for 1 night but couldn’t provide the guest with the room after check in time is not acceptable and ruin our whole trip plan

Overall, it was a good stay but we were exhausted from not sleeping well each night.
Pros:

The bartenders and the wait staff at the steakhouse were excellent! Overall, the restaurants were very good, especially the food at the steakhouse! The casino was clean and we did like that the smoking was removed from the nonsmoking area.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were absolutely awful. They were very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well for three nights. The room was nice but a little outdated. The food prices at the other restaurants (not the steakhouse) were very high for what you are getting.

Overall short stay, room amenities are clearly lacking the standards

Location but the amenities are not good

Cons:

Coffee machine is broken and it’s bad, despite the price is over they failed to provide two water bottles as complimentary as guests arrived to room.
I paid good 700$ for 2 nights I requested for a good room view but they failed to give me
