Such potential - need to lift their game
Pros:

Beautiful grounds, amazing views

Cons:

Staff need some training in customer service as quite dismissive and not informative. We had a water issue and they did not give an update (rather we could see they were fixing a the leak). Wedding held on premises one night which was very noisy (they did not advise in advance). Rooms need an update (photos displayed are of the villa renovated) . The main pool was under renovation, but they did not advise they we could use a second private pool attached to villa on site.

Consigliò vivamente, struttura di alto livello

Fine but not worth price - solid 3 star hotel with dated atmosphere but nice views/ atmosphere.

Location & views were beautiful. Nice large area away from busy crowds. Very relaxed environment

Cons:

Rooms need a massive upgrade. It is definitely not 4-star, more like a 3-star based on service & rooms. Rooms did not have basic toiletries & very bare. Furniture & decorations need an upgrade. It was way too much money for thew value. Reception area is also quite tired looking. They are also somewhat under staffed as there were a few times reception was not available.

Mooi maar rommelig
Pros:

Het is een prachtig hotel op een mooie locatie met uitzicht over de baai, vlakbij Baja Sardinia. De zwembaden zijn uniek. Het is er rustig.

Cons:

Hoewel het hotel an sich heel mooi is, hebben de uitbaters wat moeite met het runnen van een hotel lijkt het. In de algemene ruimtes is het rommelig. Het ontbijt is oke, echter is het niet netjes dat wanneer tafels gebruikt zijn ze niet opnieuw worden ingedekt. Je zit dan dus in de rommel van een ander. Het personeel is sowieso meer bezig achter de coulissen dan met gasten. Het is best een uitdaging wat te eten of drinken te bestellen.

De kamer was heel ruim, maar ook daar wat kleine irritaties: geen rekje of plek om je koffer op te leggen, een kast met slechts 3 hangers, een gordijn wat meer naast dan op de rail hangt.

Voor deze prijs verwacht je meer.

Terrible experience, not worth the money at all.

Location and pool is good and that’s about it.

Cons:

This is NOT a hotel but a wedding venue with rooms. This is barely a 3 star hotel. We arrived late after a whole day of traveling and driving only to find out that they were hosting a wedding with loud music until early hours. Staff do not care, only nice staff was the cleaners and 1 waiter. Check out is at 10 am. Please do yourself a favor and book something else - very expensive and value for money is really bad, basically a scam.

One of the worst 4 star hotels, ever
Pros:

Please book something else. This is barely a 3 star hotel. Sure the pool is great but that’s about it. Terrible rooms with no wifi, reception staff are annoyed you are even there. Breakfast is mediocre at best. Really… do not book this place!!

Pros:

Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer, das war echt schön geräumig, das Bett war gut. Aussicht auf das Meer beim Frühstück war toll.

Cons:

Eigentlich finde ich den Pool echt schön, aber viiieeeel zu wenige Sonnenschirme und Liegen. Das Konzept verstehe ich nicht ganz.

Hôtel trèsmoyen, niveau qualité prix nul !

Pas grand chose. L'emplacement proche de Porto Cervo
L'emplacement géographique est très beau

Accueil médiocre
La chambre que l'on a eu ne correspond pas à celle réservée et payée. Malgré un premier changement de chambre, nous n'avons pas été satisfait de la chambre obtenue. La chambre était très moche. Dommage car le cadre était sympa.
Chambre et salle de bain pas propre du tout.
De nombreux cheveux sur le sol, les sanitaires n'ont pas été nettoyés de tout le séjour. Un pot de gel pour cheveux a disparu pendant notre absence, nous avons été demander à l'accueil. Pas de réponse, limite on les emmerdait. Donc un "vol" ou "disparition miraculeuse", pas d'excuses de la part de l'établissement. Pour un 4 étoiles franchement ce n'est vraiment pas sérieux. Personnel peu sympathique et aucun effort pour satisfaire le client....
Piscine avec des algues à l'intérieur, cele ne donne pas très envie de se baigner. Dommage malgré la beauté du site...
Bref, c'était pas génial

Locație frumoasă si liniștită
Pros:

Locația este excelentă, liniștită, terasa si zona din jurul piscinelor sunt largi si conferă intimitate, inconjutate de spatiu verde extins cu multe flori si vedere spre mare; micul dejun suficient, desi ar putea fi mai diversificat. Personal amabil, dispus sa ajute.

Cons:

Camerele ar putea beneficia de renovări minore ( reparații prize, site pentru insecte etc) sau chiar majore ( renovare bai) produsele de toaleta ar putea fi mai calitative si mai diverse..

Prima voor een paar nachten.
Pros:

Mooi gelegen maar niet echt op loopafstand van strand en Baja Sardinia. Mooie ruime suite aan het zwembad. Goed ontbijt en het eten in het restaurant was ook goed.

Cons:

DAt het toch wat afgelegen ligt. Het heeft wel een heel mooi uitzicht.
