great experience all round
Pros:

Great hotel clean, comfy, great hosts good location. Shame they do not serve breakfast that would have made the stay as we travelled with our elderly mother. However its a gem of a find and we highly recommend , the shower was really good and lovely full size toiletries were very welcome.

Staying in the heart of Kemptown
Pros:

Perfect location in the heart of Kemptown, had a lovely stay. The staff is very friendly and makes sure you have everything you need. I also appreciated discounts to nearby coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this place, will definitely be back ! Thank you Peter

Pleasant stay in a great neighborhood. Would book again.
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Peter and Steve are two warm and freindly people I feel like I could hang out with. who were very helpful with food and activity recommendations. Also carried luggage up and down stairs as there is no lift in the building.

Cons:

Would have liked air conditioning, but there was a fan in the room and a sea breeze through the windows, so it stayed pretty comfortable, especially after the sun went down. A lift would also be helpful, but the entire staff offered to carry our luggage up and down the stairs, so not much of an inconvenience at all.

Brighton sahiline ve Brighton Pier’e yakın konumda. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve de cana yakın. Yataklar oldukça rahat.

Cons:
