Peaceful, relaxing and very homely.
Pros:

Everything. Very welcoming. Lots of local information and advice. Quiet. Immaculate room. Beautiful en-suite. Ample hot water. Wonderful shower. No breakfast, but many local restaurants offer discounts for hotel residents.

Cons:

The shower tray could be slippery when using soap. We mentioned this, and they were very accepting of the comment and apologised. Explaining why they had shower mats but didn't put them out. They were available if asked. So it was no problem.

Excellent and peaceful stay
Pros:

The property is very smartly appointed with everything obviously thought through in terms of needs of visitors
The hosts are absolutely lovely

Cons:

The only minor point is the street is used by quite a few noisy types leaving pubs etc so with the room windows open at the front of the hotel it can get very loud

Pros:

So very accommodating. Upon arrival all staff were super friendly. They allowed us to store our bags safe to enjoy the final day after checking out before travelling home later in the day and managing to prepare the room early so we could check-in slightly earlier, communicating with us before our stay to see if they could accommodate our arrival time in Brighton. The room was so clean with fresh soft towels, a great en suite in our double deluxe room with hot water that warmed up super quick despite being on the top floor. The bed was really comfy, with snacks and water in fridge upon entry and plenty of hot chocolate, coffee and tea during the stay, and a big flat screen tv. It more than exceeded our expectations and the whole hotel had a great design, vibe and cleanliness, we will definitely be visiting again on our next trip to Brighton in the summer! The location itself is on a small quiet street off the seafront, a short 5-10 minute walk to the pier and town centre. The train station a 25 minute walk or short bus journey.

Nice stay
Pros:

Was really nice stay and convenient. Good cafes nearby - visited the Avenue for breakfast, where you can get 15% discount if you mention that you stay at Red Brighton Blue.

Cons:

Nothing bad, but the building painting was not blue which was a bit surprising!

Wonderful stay, would recommend!
Pros:

Beautiful home, updated facilities and excellent location. Having an extra blanket and fan was helpful, as it was warm during the day and cold at night. The room was lovely, the bathroom lighting was not great but there are a few other mirrors in the room where I was able to do makeup, etc. Comfortable bed, and having a fridge was a huge bonus! Easy check in and check out.

Cons:

The only improvement I would suggest, and it’s an easy one to fix - the kettle was very dirty with calcium build up. So much so that I couldn’t use it.
