Heel schoon, heel rustig en alle vertier (strand, horeca, winkels) op loopafstand. En bovenal zijn de eigenaren Peter en Steve de beste gastheren die je je maar kunt wensen!

Ingen ordentlig orientering om morgenmad og de faktisk havde rabatkuponer til morgenmads restauranter. Vi gik glib af 2x 20 % rabat eller ialt 16 pund.

Pros:

Perfect hotel, very nice and kind host and i would say not expensive at all. Perfect for families but for couples or travelling alone as well ! I will definitely book a room in this hotel next time i go to Brighton. 15-20mn to the center by feet, cool restaurants around; loved it !

Size of both Shower and Bed are Spacious, Classy and Comfortable. Pillows were Stunning 0:)

Peace and Quiet throughout.

Fresh Towels, fresh sheets, fresh air... just Marvellous
Brilliant touches with the free chocolates daily,
Exquisite choice of mixed hot drinks available every afternoon, luxury body/hair/hand washes, Earbuds and all other necessary bathroom essentials..
Everything You needed in a pickle. Was in that room!

Well organised. Good communication with the owners, who provide a nicely personalised service. This is not a large organisation, this is a personally cared for hotel, with the owners living on site. This is reassuring re: quality. The complimentary drinks etc... really nice quality furniture/fixings etc.

Cons:

Nothing, really. The shower is overhead only. Perhaps a hose connection would be preferrable for those harder to reach areas! ; ) This is being very picky. Everything was excellent.

Moc se nám tu líbilo, hosté super a přijedeme znovu!
Pros:

Pokoj byl čistý a přesně takový jako na fotkách. Za cenu skvělé ale byl opravdu kompaktnější takze pro dva lidi tak tak, ale úplně bez problému. Vlastníci jsou moc milý a nápomocní, wifi byla zdarma, koupelna menší ale všecko fungovalo jak mělo:) Lokace byla taky skvělá, asi 25-30 min chůzí od nádraží, hotel je hned u moře a kousek je autobusová zastávka přímo do Seven Sisters. Autobus stál na dospělého jen 3 libry. Moc ráda tu zůstanu znovu při příští návštěvě Brightonu!

Cons:

Pokoj byl dost malý, ale to nám bylo předem několikrát řečeno a nebyl problém s ničím v pokoji. Za tu cenu skvělé.

Gorgeous boutique hotel, very comfortable with lovely added touches
Pros:

A lovely little boutique hotel. perfect for my stay in Brighton. My single room was small but perfect for my needs and the size reflected in the price. Lovely added touches like a fridge in the room so I could buy a few bits fir breakfast each day; coffee machine, Alexa, smart TV, wifi and a phone charger as well as gorgeous full bottles of toiletries in the bathroom.

Cons:

Didn't bother me, but the building is 4 floors so if you have any difficulty with stairs maybe ask for a ground floor or 1st floor room.
