Super Lage zum Pier
Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach super. In Fußnähe zur Brighton Pier. Wir haben (gegen Bezahlung) Parktickets bekommen, direkt vor der Tür geparkt. Zimmer war absolut ruhig und hat alles was man braucht. Frühstück gab es im externen Café zur Auswahl. Es wR ein herzlicher Empfang. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Zimmer ist überschaubar groß :-)

The owners show exemplary care for their property and the comfort of their guests.
Pros:

The owners were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. The place was spotless, the room was very comfortable with excellent shower. The decor was stylish, the room layout well thought out, with a good range of hot drinks. A 24 hour parking permit cost £12 which appears to be cheap for Brighton. Location close to the beach and to St James St very convenient for cafes, pubs, restaurants.

Pros:

Отличный отель за свои деньги. В номере было чисто, много всяких снеков для чая и кофе, чайник и капсульная кофемашина.
Питер с ресепшена был очень дружелюбен и даже дал нам карту города, где отметил лучшие места для посещения и разные пабы/кафе/рестораны, где можно вкусно перекусить. Это было супер приятно и помогло нам распланировать лучше наш выходной, чтобы ознакомиться с городом.

Cons:

В отеле не подают завтрак, но есть вкусные снеки к чаю. Отель немного далековат от центра и вида на море только если смотреть из окна вбок. И все же это отличный отель за свои деньги.

Pros:

This stay was great - clean, very comfortable, spacious, quiet and so close to the beach and where I was working at the hospital. Access instructions were really easy despite my late arrival time, and the hosts had thought of everything you might need when away from home and it was supplied. These extra touches were really appreciated!

Exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Lovely room with everything you could need. Super friendly and helpful owners. Great location close to town. Parking vouchers were good value compared to other hotels in the town.

Cons:

Not the hotels fault but Road front room was quite noisy at night. Suggest asking for a room at the rear if this bothers you.

Good location right next to marina. I didn’t expect much from this place but was very nicely surprised, Steve is fantastic, full of energy and very welcoming. Exceptionally nice and clean little hotel.

Peaceful, safe, clean, comfortable and welcoming
Pros:

It felt safe, clean, peaceful, warm and friendly. The bed was really comfortable, and I really appreciated there being a fridge and a proper coffee machine.

Cons:

Nothing really! The only problem for me was that I couldn’t reach the hangers, which were fixed to the rail and really high up. Also, I couldn’t look in the long mirror without holding the heavy door open. But these are very, very minor issues!! Loved my stay there.

Pros:

The stay was so comfortable , every spots were easily accessible by walking. Overall the atmosphere and amenities were so much satisfactory. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others looking to explore Brighton.
