For a comfortable and safe stay, please keep the following hotel rules in mind:

1. Registration and Stay
• Check-In: From 4:00 p.m. Check-Out: Until 12:00.
• Identification: Valid identification document is required for registration.
• Visitors: Visitors are not allowed to access the rooms. Use the common areas to receive visits.

2. Use of Facilities
• Clothing: Appropriate clothing must be worn in all common areas of the hotel. Not allowed walking barefoot, without a shirt or in swimsuits outside the pool area.
• Food and Drinks: It is not allowed to bring outside food or drinks into the rooms or common areas. All food and drinks must be consumed inside restaurants and bars
of the hotel.
• Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and interior areas. Only allowed in areas designated abroad.
• Noise: Keep the volume low on devices and avoid making noise in hallways and room after 10:00 p.m.

3. Services and Payments
• Billing: Rates are calculated per night. Be sure to settle all accounts by check out.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required for possible damage.
• Safe: Use the safe in your room for valuables.

4. Safety and Conduct
• Emergencies: Familiarize yourself with the emergency exits and evacuation plan available in the room.
• Animals: Pets are not allowed, except assistance dogs.

Great value short break with my sister, great location and value
Pros:

Really good hotel in perfect location, pool parties daily

Cons:

The DJing, its constant hardcore EDM/tech house.. a build up over the day of various music would be better or even set days like disco day, soul day, 80/90’s day I think would work better than 8 hours of hardcore music 12-8
My bathroom 424 is very scruffy, needs updating, and they take a deposit of €300 off your card which I was told takes 21 days to be refunded.

Perfect pentru 1-2 zile maxim
Pros:

Hotel relativ nou in comparatie cu celalalte cladiri din aceasta zona a orasului, cei de la receptie au fost de ajutor cand le-am cerut sugestii.

Cons:

In momentul cand am facut check inul era doar un receptioner desi era o zi de weekend iar coada la receptie era foarte mare. Paturile de o persoana au fost usor incomode din cauza faptului ca sunt pe roti. Garantia de 200€/ persoana mi se pare nejustificata, insa a fost recuperata in aceeasi zi cu chek outul. Personalul de pe terasa de la piscina ne- a gresit de 2 ori in 2 zile comanda si pentru o statiune preponderent frecventata de turisti britanici staff ul nu putea comunica bine in engleza. Accesul la piscina se face si de catre persoane din afara hotelului contra cost ceea ce face ca locul sa fie supra aglomerat, iar oaspetii hotelului nu au acces la facilitati precum sezlonguri deoarece acestea sunt ocupate de catre clienti externi.

Everything apart from the location , the food was awful, the rooms were awful and not safe !! Me and my friends all had money stolen from the room and the safe !!! Which we had to pay 15euro for the pleasure of having it ! Would have been safer to carry everything with us in our bags !! When we reported it to the receptionist she told us to go to the police as they couldn’t look at the hotel 24hr cameras !!! Why have them if they can’t look at them !!! Definitely something going on there and wouldn’t advise anyone to stay there !!!
