For a comfortable and safe stay, please keep the following hotel rules in mind:
1. Registration and Stay
• Check-In: From 4:00 p.m. Check-Out: Until 12:00.
• Identification: Valid identification document is required for registration.
• Visitors: Visitors are not allowed to access the rooms. Use the common areas to receive visits.
2. Use of Facilities
• Clothing: Appropriate clothing must be worn in all common areas of the hotel. Not allowed walking barefoot, without a shirt or in swimsuits outside the pool area.
• Food and Drinks: It is not allowed to bring outside food or drinks into the rooms or common areas. All food and drinks must be consumed inside restaurants and bars
of the hotel.
• Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and interior areas. Only allowed in areas designated abroad.
• Noise: Keep the volume low on devices and avoid making noise in hallways and room after 10:00 p.m.
3. Services and Payments
• Billing: Rates are calculated per night. Be sure to settle all accounts by check out.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required for possible damage.
• Safe: Use the safe in your room for valuables.
4. Safety and Conduct
• Emergencies: Familiarize yourself with the emergency exits and evacuation plan available in the room.
• Animals: Pets are not allowed, except assistance dogs.
• Conduct: All guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior. Any inappropriate behavior may result in expulsion from the hotel.
5. Additional Rules
• Pool: Shower before using the pool. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
• Lost Items: Forgotten items will be kept for a maximum of 90 days.
• Laundry Service: Available Monday to Friday. Check prices at reception.

The most perfect location! Clean, modern rooms, helpful staff and lots of choice for entertainment in the evenings
Quite noisy where our room was, just by reception
It was a smooth check in and check out. The room was nice and tidy, and most importantly sound proof so you couldn’t hear the strip once you close the balcony doors
The staff are also nice, they serve people quick and the cleaning staff do a great job!
Well with this sort of holiday, you know what to expect. I thought it was overly crowded in the pool area during the weekend, so there were no spaces in the shade at all. The pool is constantly rammed too.
The lifts are also a nightmare, to get up to the my floor there were 4 lifts, which sounds good but 2 of them were constantly out of order and the other 2 were so slow.
The drinks are also completely overpriced, 8 euro for a sex on the beach for example and 6 euro for a pint. This coupled with not being able to bring cold drinks etc from a shop next door into the pool area just means you’re trapped to paying so much money a day.
The hotel was a very good 'vibe' and had security throughout to ensure it was a friendly atmosphere.
The pool area was great, with multiple bars & a nice outside area.
The drinks were reasonable prices too.
The check-in time was tediously slow despite there only being a few guests checking in.
My room had a leaking toilet, only when flushing, and although I raised it with reception, nothing was done.
I had paid for a room with a pool view, but didn't have a view of the pool. Instead my window was on to a 'fake grass' area with people walking past constantly.
The air-con was noisy and didn't actually cool the room. It was 27 degrees in the room when I put it on, and it reduced the temp by 1.5 degrees overall.
