For a comfortable and safe stay, please keep the following hotel rules in mind:
1. Registration and Stay
• Check-In: From 4:00 p.m. Check-Out: Until 12:00.
• Identification: Valid identification document is required for registration.
• Visitors: Visitors are not allowed to access the rooms. Use the common areas to receive visits.
2. Use of Facilities
• Clothing: Appropriate clothing must be worn in all common areas of the hotel. Not allowed walking barefoot, without a shirt or in swimsuits outside the pool area.
• Food and Drinks: It is not allowed to bring outside food or drinks into the rooms or common areas. All food and drinks must be consumed inside restaurants and bars
of the hotel.
• Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and interior areas. Only allowed in areas designated abroad.
• Noise: Keep the volume low on devices and avoid making noise in hallways and room after 10:00 p.m.
3. Services and Payments
• Billing: Rates are calculated per night. Be sure to settle all accounts by check out.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required for possible damage.
• Safe: Use the safe in your room for valuables.
4. Safety and Conduct
• Emergencies: Familiarize yourself with the emergency exits and evacuation plan available in the room.
• Animals: Pets are not allowed, except assistance dogs.
• Conduct: All guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior. Any inappropriate behavior may result in expulsion from the hotel.
5. Additional Rules
• Pool: Shower before using the pool. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
• Lost Items: Forgotten items will be kept for a maximum of 90 days.
• Laundry Service: Available Monday to Friday. Check prices at reception.

Location was perfect for accessing bars & clubs . A large amount of sunbeds making lounging round the pool so much easier.

Bed was on wheels and moved when getting into it
Nice clean hotel with nice outdoor pool area.
Most staff were friendly however I found the security guy at reception a bit rude. We had stayed for 4 days and as soon as checkout time had came he was eager to get us to leave right away or pay another €30 to stay at pool bar. I understand this is how it works but it felt very pushy.
Great location, room was clean and tidy, staff friendly. The hotel was well maintained with staff currently preparing for the peak season too.
No great issue, but the elevators are quite slow and tired. Few toiletries in the room.
The lift definitely needs updating very slow This would stop us from going back.
