Pros:

Clean room

Cons:

Internet very poor
The control for hot water was falling off the wal
So could not control water flow
The dryer was old and did not work
All in all not a good experience
We stayed in Meriton next door and it was far superior

An enjoyable stay with a fantastic location, great amenities and lovely, well spaced and equipped rooms
Pros:

The location was superb. The room was amazing value for money.

Cons:

Night staff was not very pleasant on arrival. No parking available within complex. Long wait time for deposit to be returned (still waiting)

Very unpleasant experience

Nice apartment but a bit noisy
Pros:

The room size was big with laundry and kitchen - would be good for a longer stay. Had a balcony which was nice too. Lots of seating and two desk options.

Cons:

Couldn’t shut blinds fully, and was very light outside (used a chair to hold them mostly in place). One side of the bed was a bit slopey- the other side fine. It was also not well soundproofed for outside noise. Wifi was also quite slow if watching videos/youtube - lots of buffering.

I know I had a non-cancellable room (the only option at the time I booked) - but there was zero room for negotiation. If they had just said that outright I would have been happy, but instead they kept saying “nothing available on those dates” - so I kept trying alternate options which wasted both their time and mine. I knew what I had booked so understand not being able to change, but many hotels do offer some flexibility so I thought it was worth asking (especially if looking to move to the following week and I had said I didn’t need a refund for the difference in room costs).
