Inn of the Dove Romantic Suites with Jetted Tub & Fireplace

First 3 rooms was dirty, fourth room was fairly clean but the hot tub didn't function properly & the hot water turned cold quickly, then in the middle of a shower the hot water stoped running completely, they didn't do anything about it either.

Comfy private spot . Had a wonderful stay!

The hot tub didn’t work, very old fashioned room, everything looks untidy and dirty, the breakfast included is only milk, cereal box for kids, muffins and apples, staffs looks bored and in a hurry the whole time, not a recommend place

Clean, very dated, horrible breakfast ( nothing hot, no fruit, no yogurt, no cereal ), I got breakfast somewhere else.

It was ok. The room was a little smelly. The on the go breakfast was minimal. Its cool to stay in those theme rooms and have a jacuzzi tub but with the smell and low quality breakfast i feel like the price could be lower. I would choose to stay at a hilton or sleep in with a jacuzzi tub for similar or less price. They offer packages with bubble bath and put it next to jacuzzi but then have a sign that you will be charged extra if you use soap in the tub? Confusing .

Had a good time

Third visit here, room and area was clean as expected. Staff here are AMAZING! Tiannee (I'm sure spelled that incorrect) but she has assisted me for the second time and she is extremely pleasant and friendly. I believe the gentleman that assisted last time was Fernando (he was equally helpful when I needed to switch rooms).

Room was great for a weekend getaway ! Loved the Jacuzzi !! Where we spent most of the time but had tons of places around to go . Room was not deep cleaned i seen from previous person flower peddles under the counter and floor still soaked from the jacuzzi . Says breakfast included but i would call cold cereal or danish a breakfast more of a snack .

Upon checking in the bathroom had used towels on floor, on counter, used soap and wash cloth in shower and still had trash in trash can. Horrible.

Very nice romantic setting that’s funny. I wouldn’t do that though if I took a picture like that, I’m not gonna do it but I’m just saying yeah.

Staff was very polite, place was really clean , we stayed in a room away from everyone else , didn't hear anyone else noise. The reviews online dont give this lil love nest enough credit

They need a major upgrade to their rooms, bathroom was really nice but those room beds need a upgrade

Rented a room here for Anniversary getaway. Check in and staff were quick and ok. Room could use renovation and updating. Real issue I had was why I booked here in first place. Amenities listed on Expedia state “Indoor Pool with 24 hour access”. After checking in, called desk if they have indoor pool. They answered simply, “Yes.” I said where is it located and was told it is inside the room of certain rooms. I also rented this room for the fireplace. After reserving and paying a non refundable fee, the property THEN emails me and states the fireplace is not available until after 10/1 (our stay was 9/14). As for the room itself, there were two short hairs found in the bed (you can use your imagination). The light outside our room was out and walkway extremely dark. The door to the room needed a nice shove to open. The floor around the hot tub was wet. The hot tub looked a little dirty. The mirrors all over the room were streaky. The double shower was nice and did look clean. I won’t be back. I bring these items up to prepare future consideration and in the hopes the facility works to improve the property. To summarize, The Inn of the Dove Bensalem attracts your interest with amenities many places do not offer but at the expense of basic standards today’s traveler expects and while not delivering the things that could set it apart.

Very quiet and convenient

The room door latch was broke. It was very dark in the parking lot. The room had a stench smell whereby we changed rooms. I cleaned all the counters and tables off. They weren’t all clean.
Bed was comfortable
Shower area was nice .
Jacuzzi was really up to date.
Staff were friendly.
Local area had many restaurants, stores, along with casino .
