Late arrivals are possible upon request; please contact the reception desk in advance and during its opening hours to arrange for the access codes so that you can collect your room keys.

Please note that cleaning and change of towels is planned once a week for stays of 7 nights and more, or can be requested at an extra cost for stays of less than 6 nights.

Please note that for nonrefundable reservations, the credit card used to pay in advance for the reservation must be presented at reception upon arrival.

3 parking spaces are available upon request and are subject to availability. The parking reservation is guaranteed only when guests receive a confirmation from the property.

Bien pour une nuit, ne correspond pas au photo … Attention il y a une caution de 100€ que l’on peut payer uniquement avec une carte physique !

Cons:

Fonctionnel avec petite cuisine, salle de bain et terrasse. Mais la qualité de service et basse l’accueil n’est pas des plus chaleureux.

Would definitely book it again due to location and super helpful receptionist.
Pros:

Excellent Location. Good Free Internet. Good Airconditioning.

Excellent Staff especially the receptionist. She assisted me and guided me even on things there were beyond her. Had a problem with booking a cab and assisted me as well.

Cons:

Breakfast need to be improved. Overall decor can be upgraded.

Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου ήταν εξαιρετική, πολύ κοντά στον σταθμό των τρένων και διάσημα μνημεία της πόλης

Cons:

Είχαμε κλείσει το δωμάτιο για 3 άτομα. Δεν αναγραφότασν ότι το ένα κρεβάτι θα ήταν καναπές, και επιπλέον δεν ήταν στρωμμένο. Ενώ είχαμε πληρώσει πρωινό, όταν πήγαμε να φάμε μας το χρέωσαν έξτρα. Το πρωινό ήταν μη επαρκές και η απάντηση τους ήταν ότι φτάνει ακριβώς για όσα άτομα έχουν κλείσει εκ των πρωτέρων πρωινό. Παρόλο που πήγαμε πολύ νωρίς για πρωινό δεν είχε μείνει τίποτα. Το πρωινό δεν αξίζει καθόλου για την τιμή του, στην οποία δεν περιλαμβάνεται το ΦΠΑ. Πληρώσαμε 47 ευρώ και φάγαμε μόνο ψωμι! Τέλος, η κοπέλα στη ρεσεψιον δεν ήταν καθόλου ευγενική και προσπαθούσε να δικαιολογίσει την αναπάρκεια του ξενοδοχείου. Δεν θα το ξαναεπέλεγα.

Ottima esperienza
Pros:

La posizione è comoda per visitare a piedi Cannes. Inoltre il parcheggio interno permette di spostarsi in auto per visitare i dintorni senza problemi.
L'appartamento è piccolo ma dotato di tutti i confort.
Le signorine della reception sono state molto gentili.
