3 parking spaces are available upon request and are subject to availability. The parking reservation is guaranteed only when guests receive a confirmation from the property.

Στη ρεσεψιόν η μία κοπέλα (όταν φθάσαμε)ήταν πολύ ευγενική, εξυπηρετική, μέχρι μας βοήθησε και μετέφερε ένα μικρό βαλιτσακι, ενώ την επόμενη μέρα η άλλη κοπέλα της ρεσεψιόν ήταν αγενής και καθόλου κατάλληλη για ρεσεψιόν.

Pros:

L’accueil par la gentille réceptionniste le samedi 4 et dimanche 5 avril 2026 était particulièrement chaleureux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ses attentions, explications et gentillesse. Merci beaucoup à elle. Cela a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Buona posizione, 5 minuti a piedi dal centro.
Personale molto gentile. Presenza del garage coperto.

Cons:

Pulizia scarsa: lenzuola macchiate e peli ovunque persino sulle tende. Le tende completamente macchiate.
Cucina non molto pulita.

Good price for Cannes, but won’t repeat it again
Pros:

- Close to the station
- Has a tiny kitchen

Cons:

- studio is much older and more budget than it looks on the pictures
- front-desk doesn’t work 24/7. After check-out at 11 I wanted to leave my luggage in a storage till 13:00 but it turned out the stuff leaves until 3 pm so you can’t pick it up earlier. I was also not allowed to stay in the common area after check-out
- hard pillows
- It’s only an 8-minute walk from the station, but the uphill road is tough when carrying luggage.

HORRIBLE A VOMIR

L’emplacement et la dame de la réception uniquement.

Cons:

Chambre dans un état scandaleux. Honnêtement je suis choquée par le manque total d’hygiène. Les serviettes étaient trouées, il y avait des poils dans la douche et les toilettes n’étaient même pas nettoyées. C’est inadmissible pour un hôtel qui accueille des clients, surtout pour un établissement qui se prétend être un 3 étoiles.

On paye pour dormir dans un endroit propre, pas dans une chambre sale et négligée. Cela donne vraiment l’impression qu’aucun ménage sérieux n’est fait entre deux clients.

Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. À ce niveau-là, ce n’est même plus un simple problème, c’est un manque total de respect pour les clients.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Super emplacement dans un quartier calme à deux pas de la gare et de la Croisette. Chambre spacieuse bien équipée, literie propre et lit comfortable. Buffet petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Nous avons été accueillis par Agnès qui était à l’écoute et a permis un excellent séjour. Merci Agnès.

A due passi dal Palais
Pros:

La posizione di questo residhotel è ottima per raggiungere il Palais de Festival e la camera è molto silenziosa. La camera è inoltre ben arredata, dotata di tutto e la cucina è utilissima e ben fornita. Il balcone rende tutto più piacevole perché ti affacci e in lontananza vedi il mare tra i tetti. Ha anche un tavolino dove si può stare.

Cons:

Il galleggiante del wc perdeva e rumoreggiava ma abbiamo segnalato alla reception che provvederà.
