Please note that cleaning and change of towels is planned once a week for stays of 7 nights and more, or can be requested at an extra cost for stays of less than 6 nights.

Please note that for nonrefundable reservations, the credit card used to pay in advance for the reservation must be presented at reception upon arrival.

3 parking spaces are available upon request and are subject to availability. The parking reservation is guaranteed only when guests receive a confirmation from the property.

Pros:

The hotel is closed to the center of Caen, this was the main reason to choose. We got a larger, confortable appartment on the top floor. Special thanks to the 2 lady at the reception, their werenice with us!

Cons:

The cooling unit in the room didn't work and it wasn't fixed during our stay despite our request. This was not pleasant as there was a heat wave in the area!

Cons:

Ne pas pouvoir être accueilli de 11h30 à 15h30, énormément de poussière dans la chambre, nous avons eu l’impression que ce n’était même pas nettoyé.
La taille du balcon qui a rien avoir avec les photos.

Decent location, but poor cleanliness and maintenance let the stay down.

Cons:

The person in charge of the space doesn't have a gift for friendliness.
Cleanliness is a very negative aspect. The floor was poorly cleaned, and the chairs still had dirt from previous guests. The blankets were full of stains from previous guests. The balcony has fencing around the railing that is completely damaged, which gives the room an unkempt look.
The bedroom had two burnt-out lightbulbs, and the bathroom ventilation didn't work.
Breakfast had some variety and a few good products, however the boiled eggs were clearly not fresh and had a strange smell (at least the ones we served ourselves).
The garage was full of cobwebs - another aspect that would be easy to clean and gives a very poor impression upon arrival.

Pros:

Asukoht on super. Kõik on lähedal ja samas vaikne muhe nurgatagune. Teenindus oli väga sõbralik ja tore. Rõdult nägi isegi merd. Väike köögike oli mõnus. Kohalikust poest, mis oli kohe nurga taga sai värsket head ja paremat. Kõik vajalik oli söögi tegemiseks olemas. Nautisime oma pulma aastapäeva reisi väga.

Cons:

Põrandad olid väga mustad. Kõik muu oli puhas ja ok. Võib-olla on see kultuuriline erinevus. Meie ei ole harjunud jalanõudega toas käima.

Pros:

Posizione vicina al centro. Possibilità di parcheggio in struttura ma anche anche posti gratis attorno all’hotel.
Camera spaziosa.
Ragazze del centralino gentilissime e disponibili.

Cons:

Non mi piaciuto dover lavare i bicchieri e portare via la spazzatura.
La cucinetta e la camera (tavoli, comodini) non erano molto puliti
