Difficult
Pros:

The staff was marvellous. The assessable room disappointing. Loo seat too low It pained my leg to use it. Bed far too high I had to use the plastic chair and a stick to get in danger of falling and painful. It had to be accomplished in dark because could not reach light switches from bed. As in most hotels I had no hope of escape should there have been a fire. Thank goodness you had such lovely staff

Pros:

Helpful staff on reception. A number of us on a charity cycle ride so numerous bikes. We were able to store bikes in a conference room which was secured. Breakfast very good.
