I felt all alone like nobody was there to answer the smallest question I had regarding my stay.
Cons:

I did NOT like the following: No porter to help with luggage. One person at the front desk. Paying 12 dollars for 3 small bottles of water. No room service. Trying to find a saltshaker to season my breakfast.

Great hotel great relaxing stay.
Pros:

Easy to get to, very close to Dulles Airport. Quite modern and new. Reception easy to access. Rooms are very spacious and modern. Everything you need for a short or long stay. Beds are extremely comfortable. Bathroom facilities excellent.

Cons:

There is nothing I didn’t like.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 7 hour stay due to United Airlines mess up.
Pros:

Room was super clean. The breakfast was great. The free airport shuttle was great.

big comfortable room

Cons:

had to call the hotel to send the shuttle which is hard for international traveler's to do. if there could at least be a whatsapp number we could message via internet rather than phone call

Highly recommend this hotel for close proximity to Dulles airport & Washington DC attractions.
Pros:

We liked Hyatt Place from the moment we walked in.
It was clean, staff was welcoming, room was large and comfortable, breakfast was very good & airport shuttle drop off/pickup was extremely convenient!

Cons:

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
