The breakfast was more options than was expected.
The tables in the dining area felt sticky. This seemed like all of them because one of the other customers complained. Seems like they need to take sos pads to them to get whatever that was off. The shower head in our room sucked, not enough water coming out but went to the desk to ask if it can be checked out. They came when we was gone, changed the shower head but left our door ajar. That was a shocker when we got back. Didn't like that there was no microwave in the room, they did have one in the front lobby to use.
Close to airport, regular airport shuttle, good breakfast spread, importantly - wonderful staff
Phone in room wasn’t working; no room service
I didn’t actually stay there. I had a reservation. I had a room booked and everything when I get there they tell me oh sorry we don’t have any rooms. Booking.com must’ve messed up. Same thing happened like two weeks ago and I never got a refund for it we put in a request you guys never responded and then when I finally called, I was told I couldn’t get one or because the day was already over and done with. I can only get a partial refund and I never heard back from you guys.

2. A/c worked well
3. Lighting was good.
1. Shower head was bad, very little water coming out
2. No water to drink. Fridge was also empty and warm.
3. Nobody to help take the luggage to room.
4. No shuttle late night from airport, while other hotel shuttle were operating.
5. Long line for waffle in breakfast.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was warm and clean. The shuttle to IAD was quick.
The breakfast was scarce and the coffee was weak.
I did not even get to go to the place. No comment
I called the receptionist and he told me the place was full up and requested a refund but was denied. I was charged the first night even though I did not stay there. Of the place is full up do let people book so you can take their money. Sad
Very friendly and efficient staff. Hotel shuttel was right on time. Room was immaculate and more space than I needed for one person,
I stayed here two years ago and there were no in-house dining options. This time I saw the case near the check-n desk with beverages and some sandwiches But it was unclear what the "Placery" was. I didn't realize I could have ordered food inhouse.
