Size, comfort and location were great for a family of 5.
Breakfast was just ok.
Great experience. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and the check in women were all friendly and helpful. The suite was very spacious and extremely clean. Wonderful small kitchen with a full fridge/ freezer. The hot breakfast was above average. Only thing that brought this down from a 5 star was the height of the toilet. It was unbelievably close to the ground ( around 16”) with no grab bar or anything to hold on to. This hotel was built around 2015, so Hilton should have been aware of the fact that many people need accessible toilets. The sink was also very low.
Highly recommend this hotel unless you have issues with extremely low toilets.

Some of the staff was giving me and my family weird looks. They also was not friendly, i will not stay there agai n, at least not in florence ky location.

I like that the room had plenty of space. We wasn't sitting on top of each other. I love the 2 bed room and 2 bathrooms.
That I tried to pay cash. They said I couldn't because I used a third party. Disappointed when I called directly to see if I could get a cheaper price. It was almost a $200 difference (higher).
This was my worst experience with a hotel in my life. I checked in and noticed the name displayed on the television was incorrect. I spoke to the front desk about it and they laughed and said it was no big deal. Then as I was in a vulnerable position someone walked into the room using a digital key. They proceeded to make multiple phone calls from my room. I was then called back to the desk to check in again. I asked multiple times if I would be charged twice since I had already swiped my card for the first stay. They assured me I would not. Two days later I had been double charged for the room. In total, I spent about four hours on the phone with my credit card and hilton to get the errant charge reversed which took well over a week. At no point did the hotel offer me any sort of apology for the issues with my stay or billing. I feel like baseline I am paying for a private room (which I did not receive) and for an amount I agreed to pay without having to spend multiple hours of my time to ensure it is corrected (which i was charged double and gave up half a day correcting). Overall, I do not recommend this hotel and believe you should find other accomodations
