Pros:

Spacious,clean & breakfast was yummy!

The pool was so cold we couldn’t even swim.

Pros:

I like that the room had plenty of space. We wasn't sitting on top of each other. I love the 2 bed room and 2 bathrooms.

Cons:

That I tried to pay cash. They said I couldn't because I used a third party. Disappointed when I called directly to see if I could get a cheaper price. It was almost a $200 difference (higher).

Others Accessed Room, Billed Twice
Pros:

This was my worst experience with a hotel in my life. I checked in and noticed the name displayed on the television was incorrect. I spoke to the front desk about it and they laughed and said it was no big deal. Then as I was in a vulnerable position someone walked into the room using a digital key. They proceeded to make multiple phone calls from my room. I was then called back to the desk to check in again. I asked multiple times if I would be charged twice since I had already swiped my card for the first stay. They assured me I would not. Two days later I had been double charged for the room. In total, I spent about four hours on the phone with my credit card and hilton to get the errant charge reversed which took well over a week. At no point did the hotel offer me any sort of apology for the issues with my stay or billing. I feel like baseline I am paying for a private room (which I did not receive) and for an amount I agreed to pay without having to spend multiple hours of my time to ensure it is corrected (which i was charged double and gave up half a day correcting). Overall, I do not recommend this hotel and believe you should find other accomodations

Clean, good food for breakfast and on Wednesday evening, nice staff.
Pros:

The pool and the hot tub were great. The elevators were quick. There were many places to fellowship with others like a lounge area, an outside patio area.

Cons:

The door to one of our bathrooms did not close properly and would not lock. The breakfast times need to be extended to 10AM, not everyone wants to get up early while they are on vacation. The bed that I slept in was too hard and not very comfortable for me.

Amazing Customer Service/Clean and spacious rooms
Pros:

I cant say enough about my experience and the service i received by the airport shuttle driver and Trisha at the front desk. I had a long few days prior with minimal sleep and Trisha moved things around to allow a earlier check in. The service Trisha provided was beyond exceptional!! The breakfast was amazing and the room was clean and spacious. Thank you to the Hilton staff for going above and beyond!

Pros:

Everything was fine! Hotel was clean. Staff VERY helpful (I have mobility issues) and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Breakfast bar at Homewood Suites is more than adequate. Place must have good soundproofing, as airport noise wasn't a factor. Would stay here again.
