Gerne wieder zurueck, vorsichtig was man zum Abendessen bestellt.

Sehr schoenes und elegantes Hotel.

Cons:

Die meisten Personalmitglieder sprechen leider NUR Spanisch. Das Servierpersonal im Restaurant meistens ungenuegend geschult, sehr lange Wartezeiten fuer jede Bestellung...Das Menu hat einige "Navarra Spezialitaeten", unklar uebersetzt, die besser gefehlt haetten, wir fanden sie leider eckelig! Gluecklicherweise gab es auch leckere Speisen.

Es la 4a vez que me alojo en este hotel.. creo que eso lo dice todo
Pros:

Es la cuarta vez que voy con mi pareja y, pese a que esta vez hubo un pequeño malentendido en la cena, se resolvió sin problema y, muy probablemente, sea nuestro hotel de nuevo cuando pasemos por Pamplona.

Hotel situado en una zona muy tranquila aunque hace falta coche para ir al centro de Pamplona.
Habitaciones muy amplias con camas cómodas y muy limpias. Personal muy agradable y parking enorme.

Cons:

Han cambiado la marca de los jabones/champú/gel en las habitaciones y, considerando que los de antes eran un 11/10, estos son normalitos.

Solo pequeñas cosas:
1. La luz del termostato iluminaba la habitación y no queda a oscuras. Tuvimos que apañárnosla poniendo un calcetín 😅
2. Pedimos que la habitación tuviera bañera, pero era muy incómoda. La mampara estaba fija
3. Se supone que la habitación incluía zapatillas, pero no había. Los amenities muy flojos. Solo había cepillo de dientes. El olor del champú y gel no me gustó personalmente.
4. Soy alérgica a los ácaros, y me pasé toda la noche tosiendo. Cabecero tapizado y alfombras
5. La TV estaba muy descentrada de la cama y el frente quedaba muy desnudo. Daba la sensación de que faltaba mobiliario.
6. Había una boda y el jolgorio se sentía en los pasillos.
