Worst hotel. The worst. Old, ugly, no water flow in the shower, no hot water in the shower. I booked for 2 nights and cancelled the second night. The worst hotel I have ever been to in my life

Walking to the room felt like walking along a cruise ship deck! The porter was really helpful and the pool was a really good size. The bar area was pleasant with a wide choice of cocktails and (welcome gift) mocktails. BBC news was on the TV in the lobby which made me feel at home and the whole hotel design and feel was modern and chic. I didn’t have time to try the food. The area around is typical Pattaya with bars and restaurants close - but not so close that they affected the stay in any negative way.

Quirky but enjoyable
Pros:

Location is great if you want the full on Pattaya scene, the hotel is quite different especially the room layout.
, I'm sure it would not be everyone's cup of tea, bed in middle of room, no bed side tables etc, generally it is quite tired and really needs a refurb but still enjoyable and has all you need for a short stay. Breakfast was OK but don't expect a full English offering.
The staff, as is normal in Thailand, were all very helpful and ultra friendly.
Easy walk to beach and walking st and it is surrounded by restaurants, massage and small bars.
If the location suits and you get a good deal it is worth a look.
