Pros:

По настоящему понравилось только spa- действительно достойнейшее и по условиям, и по качеству услуг

Cons:

Отель старый, даже в «бизнес» номерах заметны дефекты, подушки и матрас ужасно изношенные. Завтрак невкусный, и на ресепшн персонал толком не отвечает ни на один вопрос

The best stay to date from start to finish
Pros:

The receptionist was friendly and upgraded my room, exceptional service 😉🙏🙏. He clearly has excellent customer service skills too. Frlitin my room which was also a great touch!

Room spotless, breakfast ok, facilities good, staff helpful.

Cons:

Air con was a bit hit and miss, seemed to start working two days into stay, is a bit far out of town and nothing near it. The walk back from town centre is a bit ropey as streets towards it from main area down through the lions bridge roundabout and some way to hotel are full of street hookers from about 9am, so was not a safe feeling.

Чудесно!
Pros:

Местоположението е изключително добро - на малко разстояние до центъра на града и в същото време в близост до автогарата, което напълно отговаряше на моите нужди. Стаята е просторна и чиста.

Cons:

Прекалено шумното затваряне на вратите. Невъзможност за отваряне на прозореца на стаята докрай. Монтираният ограничител позволяваше разтваряне на прозореца до определена ширина, което малко пречеше на доброто проветряване на стаята.
