Tout était parfait, bon emplacement près des gares, personnel gentil et professionnel, équipements au top, bouteille d'eau offerte, plateau bouilloire dans les chambres, bon dîner et petit déjeuner.

Central beliggendhed ved banegården. 10 minutter gang fra centrum. God parkeringskælder.

Cons:

Det er et hotel der virker slidt og gammeldags. Morgenmaden er industriel og restauranten en katastrofe.

Dreadful.
Pros:

Proximity to centre.

Cons:

Room tired and dirty. Cupboard doors wedged closed with tissue paper. Stains on the wall and wardrobe. Standard lamp bent. Hot breakfast was cold. When we arrived they were attempting to book in 100+ school childte. No organisation. We were forced to wait. Room was hot and air con didn't work. Have stayed several times, but standard is quickly disintergrating

I've had no breakfast at the hotel. The hotel is located next to the main train and bus stations. The hotel provides private parking under ground level.

Öncelikle, otele girişten bahsetmek istiyorum. 12 Şubat akşam saat 19:00 gibi giriş yaptık. Lütfen Resepsiyonda görevli personeli araştırın. Türkçe konuşan Resepsiyon görevlisi mükemmeldi. Bugüne kadar yaşadığım en güzel karşılamaydı. Adını bilmesem de Beyefendiye sonsuz teşekkür ediyorum. oteli işimizin olduğu binaya çok yakın olduğu için seçtik, bir de kahvaltısı için ama kahvaltı hatirladığımdan da mükemmeldi.. sanıyorum bundan sonra farklı yer arayışına girmeyeceğim

Много комфортно и удобно място❤️
Pros:

За първи път посещавам хотела и съм много впечатлена ,стаите са големи,имаше кафе и чай да си направи човек и вода безплатно,леглата огромни и комфортни,много асансьори,и най-главното е на пешеходно разстояние от Централната автогара(и гара).

Cons:

Желателно е персоналът да е малко по-учтив и ведър,и служителите по почистването да не чукат и нахлуват в стаята,когато сутрин гостите не са си отишли.
