Pros:

The location was perfect for me. I was travelling from Sofia down to Thesiloniki and then on to Athens. Staying 3 nights in each city. On my return to Sofia, I stayed 3 nights at the Ramada. Before moving on to Burgas for a couple of nights . Then, flying home to the UK, on the 12th of July 2026

Cons:

There was nothing out of place..

30 מעלות חום, והמזגן בחדרים לא עובד. הצוות מבטיח תיקון מהיר ומאוורר זמני. בפועל כלום. ברחנו. כל מילה שהוציא הצוות מהפה, שקר!

وضع سيء ومقرف للغايه
Pros:

لم يكن هناك المكيف لا يعمل طوال فترة الاقامه بالرغم من الحر الشديد
وايضا تم جباية 50 يورو ثمن وجبة الافطار التي لم تلبي احتياجاتنا
الوضع سيء للغايه لن اعود لهذا الفندق بتاتا .

الغرف سيئه وصغيره
قامو بتدفيعنا ثمن الافطار 50 يورو يوميا
بصراحه فندق مقزز لن اعود اليه ثانية

Pros:

Decent hotel with reasonable prices. What makes a difference is the staff, especially Mr Burak at the reception along with his colleagues- friendly, professional and providing that little extra that would make me want to come back again.

בחדרים היה חם מאד מאד מאד.
ממש סאונה. ביקשתי לעבור למלון אחר אמרו לי כיוון ששילמתי לבוקינג הם לא יזכו אותי
