Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet und hat gute Wellness Bereich

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist nicht sauber und wurde auch nicht richtig gemacht.
Bettwäsche wurde nur nach Aufforderung getauscht werden.

Ottimo hotel con Spa e buona colazione. Ottimo anche il prezzo rispetto al servizio ricevuto.
Pros:

La disponibilità di una Spa con piscina per gli ospiti è decisamente molto gradita. Su richiesta, l'hotel mi ha fornito anche accappatoio e ciabatte mentre la cuffia per l'utilizzo della piscina è a pagamento, se non l'avete con voi. Nella Spa potete trovare inoltre bagno turco e saune oltre che la possibilità di fare massaggi e un cocktail bar quasi a bordo piscina.

Cons:

Nota negativa: il ristorante Oasis che offre cucina europea ma non all'altezza del prezzo che è decisamente più alto di quanto potreste trovare in giro per Sofia.

Colazione ottima , Spa con tanti servizi e bella piscina . Personale GENTILISSIMO. Se torno a Sofia non ho dubbi , sicuramente ci tornerei. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!!!!!

Cons:

Camera un po’ datata ma comunque spaziosa, pulizia buona ma la moquette va assolutamente tolta.

Everything was great and clean best location ever close to tram bus station and metro station also is.a walking distance .. very good breakfast , and the loveliest staff special thanks to burak from reception he was very very welcoming and his professional attitude makes me recommend this facility to others all in all great stay

Very comftable Hotel in good location
Pros:

Amazing Hotel, very nice rooms, specially on 9th floor, very comftable bed, bathroom very good size and shower with full water pressure. Breakfast good enought, free water bottle in the room. The SPA is very good and well organised.
The location is perfect, all comon city transport just arrount, 15 minutes slow walking from the real city center.
The reception on the arrival time was absolutely impeccable, not the same on the morning of the next day.

Cons:

The one of the pillows was smells bad, the lver of he water in the bathroom was damaged and on both sides (hot/cold water) was only very but very hot water, I should check out in one hour, and reception send me to make hower in another room and give me a half hour more, but it was very rushy and not very comftable, and the girl on the reception was not very supported, she ask me to go down to the reception with the obe to take the cardto the other room that I sopose going to take shower.....
