Pros:

The air conditioner of my room was pathetic. The room was hot, despite complaining the AC was not fixed. Rest was good.

Foarte dezamăgit!
Cons:

Personalul foarte arogant și nu era cooperant deloc, limba engleză era aproape 0 din partea personalului. Nu am beneficiat de AC în camera, deși în rezervare scria foarte clar ca există, în cameră era un aparat portabil care doar făcea zgomot. Pe booking scrie ca accesul la spa și piscina este gratuit dar în realitate se percep anumite taxe pentru a utiliza toate serviciile și pentru a avea acces la piscină trebuie închiriat echipament de la hotel contra cost….

Сделали платный апгрейд в якобы апартаменты, весь свой день рождения откачивал воду!!! С ванной протекала вода и мне пришлось постоянно подтирать. Не работал кондиционер!центральное отключено кондиционирование. В общем не праздник а долгая память!

Cons:

I have travelled a lot and I have seen many hotels. But this one was by far the worst hotel I have ever seen. The hotel is a disgrace for the Ramada brand. The staff is rude, not helpful, the hotel is dirty, stinks, falls apart, no working airco, there was a mobile airco unit in the room which didnt cool enough and made a lot of noise. When i opened the window it couldnt be closed, also broken. The toilet was broken too, it didn't flush and when I asked reception to send someone, he didnt even care to ask for our room number. So consequently the toilet wasnt fixed at all. We were happy to leave the next day. Waste of my money. I will also write a complaint letter to Ramada.

This was the worst experience of my life and an absolute disgrace to the Ramada name.

The rooms are appalling, simply drowning in dust, the windows haven't seen a drop of cleaner, the furniture is just broken junk, and the jamming door lock barely works. The air conditioners DO NOT WORK, and the mini-fridge is a complete mockery – it heats instead of cools! There is mold in the bathroom, the toilet flush button is broken off, and half of the lights don't work.

After complaining, the front desk decided to "upgrade" us and gave us a key card to another room. Upon opening the door, we found a woman already staying there. This is completely absurd and a gross violation of security and privacy.

As if all that wasn't enough, there was a cockroach casually running around right by the staff doors.
