Great hotel, not the greatest location
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean and the bathtub was big.

The amenities were great too

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel is right next to a major train station and in the descent path of Itami airport. That means train and plane noises. Thankfully the planes don't come after 9pm

Front desk clerk who checked us in was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us how to get around the city using the metro/train.

Pros:

Location was great. Also spotless clean and the breakfast was great.

Staff was so nice and helpful! Thank you!

Cons:

Didn’t like the very small and not so calm rooms. Had a view on the railway tracks and could hear the trains in the night.

Bruyant malheureusement dans certains bâtiments.
Pros:

Fonctionnel, propre, personnel agréable.

Cons:

Certains bâtiments de l’hôtel donnent littéralement sur les voies de chemin de fer de la gare d’Osaka, j’ai entendu des trains passés toutes les 5mn jusque très tard et très tôt. Compliqué de bien dormir !

Pros:

Rooms were just like the pictures, nice cosy vibe. There is a lawsons not far from the hotel, and shin-osaka station is a short walk away.

Cons:

Needs comfier pillows.

女性専用フロア素敵！！
Pros:

女性専用のフロアに泊まりました。
清潔感がありとても素敵なフロアとお部屋でした。女性だけのフロアなので安心して過ごせました。
ただ本館と少し離れてたので、朝の食事に行くのがちょっと不便。
一旦外に出なければならないので、それが無ければ満点かも！

Cons:

本館別館が廊下で繋がってなく、本当に一般道に出て少し歩いて…って感じがちょっと私的には残念だった。

Pros:

・朝食：とてもおいしかったです。朝食が10時まで利用できたため、支度やパッキングの時間にも余裕がありました。
・部屋の備品：部屋に用意されていたお茶とコーヒーもおいしかったです。
・ロケーション：新大阪駅に非常に近く、便利でした。大きなスーツケースを持っている場合は、スタッフのおすすめ通りに東口からのアクセスが確かに便利でした。なお、新幹線を利用する場合は、南口に出ると少し回り道になることがあるため、駅内で東口まで移動してから出るほうが分かりやすいです。

Cons:

・部屋：部屋はややコンパクトで、Mサイズのスーツケースを広げると足の踏み場がほとんどなく、狭く感じました。
・デスク周り：デスク上のコンセントが上部のテレビに近いため、大きめの充電アダプター（PC用など）を使用する際に、少し使いにくく感じました。
・騒音：線路に非常に近いため、列車の通過音が聞こえました。特に就寝時や起床時には気になりました。

Valeu a experiência. Se o hotel não fosse tão perto da estação de trem talvez me hospedasse de novo.
Pros:

Simpatia da equipe, mesmo sem eles falarem inglês
Tamanho do quarto, que para os padrões do Japão é bem bom.
Café da manhã, embora não seja muito variado, é tudo saboroso e bem feto.
A proximidade da estação de trem que tem tudo!

Cons:

Do fato da quase toda a equipe não falar inglês. A maioria usa tablet para traduzir e nem sempre a comunicação funciona.
Do barulho dos trens muito próximos ao quarto que eu estava. Pode ser que outros quartos não tenham esse barulho. O Hotel tem 3 prédios e só conheci um.

極推浴室，鄰近新大阪站，搭新幹線好選擇
Pros:

1. 地點離新大阪站很近，搭新幹線完全可以考慮
2. 浴室非常棒，完全與洗手臺和廁所分開，浴室本身上有浴缸和淋浴，很像個人湯屋的設計，可以洗完澡直接進去泡湯（這次時間比較趕沒有嘗試）

1. 房間空調的風即使調低了還是有點強
