It was a weekend and several guests were very loud. The staff was able to quiet them down but is was late

Great awesome staff!!!
Pros:

My husband and I were in town for our friend’s wedding and we LOVE IT! The staff is absolutely amazing, every single person there was awesome. The ladies in the breakfast area are so nice, they will say hi and chat with everyone, they had a great menu at breakfast too, although they are only there M-F such a shame but we loved them, Imelda and Carmen were fabulous. Nicole in the front desk she is great, she chat with us for a while and she was so attentive. Angela in the evening shift is such a sweetheart, we enjoyed talking with her several times and sharing fun stories, the cleaning crew was also great, always ensuring we had enough supplies. We are absolutely coming back to this hotel when we visit again. AMAZING PERSONNEL!!!

Cons:

The elevator had a weird smoking smell, we think it might have been some guest who smoked outside and just being with them the smell.

Decent option on the west side of town
Pros:

Good sized room, comfortable bed. Decent value and good access to west side of town.

It was very nice
Pros:

This is one of the few places that offers suite rooms that have a bedroom separated with a wall and door. I have two children that can not sleep in the same space so this was very helpful. It also allow space for naps for my baby during the day.

Pros:

Breakfast was good with options like scrambled eggs one day and omelette the other day.

Cons:

Dishes were not clean and washed from previous use. When tried to call front desk, I had to convince them and answer several questions to make them come look and clean. Also, there is no flat pan as part of the dishes that was inconvenient for our needs and we bought one from Walmart.

Only down fall, the fan is soooo quiet and the view was just a wall.

My stay was wonderful. Great staff, amenities, very comfortable room.

The bathroom could have been a little bigger. The door was hard to shut because of the toilet placement

The bed was nice, big TV, nice work out equipment.
Pros:

Nice variety for breakfast and a lot of hot foods (4) + waffles you could make + oatmeal with a lot of additives.

Cons:

Some sloppy travelers going barefoot into the food area or in just socks. Some of the residents who live there leave their junk, don't clean up after themselves.
