Nice location and parking, pool

Cons:

Misleading pictures , thought we would be staying in the lodge area for the price we paid, but Instead was led to a big ugly building.the shower was leaking into the hallway until we asked for a room. Change .Pot holes in the driveway not good and old scratched furniture needs a change

Der große Garten mit alten Bäumen, der schöne Pool, die großen, ruhigen Zimmer mit großzügigem Balkon, sehr gutes Service, großes Frühstücksbuffet, ein generell sehr freundliches und umsichtiges Team. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben.

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at Cresta Marang. The staff were wonderful. We were travelling with granny who was in a wheelchair and they were so accommodating, moving her to a room closer to dining. The grounds are immaculate and so serene and peaceful and beautiful. If you're a bird lover, this is the place for you. Just hearing the birds takes you to a place of peace and gives an appreciation of nature. Great job groundskeepers. Recommending the place to all family travelling to Bots. Food was great! Hospitality and just willingness to help was what stood out.

Excellent accommodation
Pros:

Staff service, clean facilities and the food was amazing.

Cons:

Nothing. However a little tarring up the driveway from the gate to give the place a facelift would go a long way.

My suggestion please.
Just remove the tiles in front of the disability accessible by the ramp and leave it in concrete.

I feel down because it's slippery for someone like me who is disabled and has a fractured leg.

Pros:

We have dinner and it was very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful, take to our room and help with the TV who didn't work and they fix it quikcly.

Cons:

No nothing to complain it was very nice to stay there, we only cancel our booking beacuse we have phone call frome home.

Good hotel to stay in Francistown
Pros:

The gardens are beautiful and swimming pool is well maintained. Dinner was of good quality and staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with a huge comfortable bed. Good hide away from the city.

Cons:

Shower was weak and we took baths instead. Still our stay was very enjoyable

The environment is nice, with lots of trees and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with options to take.

Please add a spa, if possible. It will compliment the place very well.

Pros:

The dinner meal was absolutely disgusting. Not only did the wrong food arrive but when it did it was terrible. The chef should be replaced as there are many people in Botswana who are well qualified to do the work as a Chef, and successfully.
The hotel has undergone a facelift and in the dining room there are 2 fire places, needless to say not one was lit. When we asked why not the gent told us they are working on it !!!!

Lovely stay at Cresta Marang Gardens Hotel
Pros:

The gardens are beautiful. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. The food was excellent and beautifully prepared, and the selections were fabulous.
