Great experience, comfortable and great location
Pros:

Excellent staff service. With near freezing temperatures during the whole week, the staff kept the rooms warm, switching on aircon before we returned to our rooms. The breakfast was also delicious, wide variety to select from. Superb service by the restaurant staff.

Cons:

The key kept losing synchronisation with the room. Staff was super helpful to find me an alternative room.

Disappointed, I expected a lot more from the Cresta brand

The bed was comfy
The reception staff was very good

Cons:

TV was not a smart TV and the channels were limited
The pool was not working. This should have been communicated before the booking
Towels were not replenished in a timely manner
The toilets were not properly cleaned
There was noise in the evening from people partying outside
