Pros:

Pool was great and staff were really lovely.

Cons:

Could hear the walk way light/the beeping, but that's not the hotel's fault and cars. We live rurally, so we struggled with the noise from passing cars but again that's not the hotel's fault.

Very happy with the accommodation, have stayed here a few times, disappointed with carpark at times
Pros:

Very friendly and welcoming staff, nice meals and reasonably priced. Comfortable rooms.

Always a great stay!
Pros:

Great stay as usual. Comfy beds, ver clean. Staff go above and beyond.
Booked a spa room but couldn’t stay in the room as there was a constant thumping sound.
Staff tried everything to find where it was coming from but couldn’t. Changed our room but no other spa room available but reimbursed us the difference.
Staff were very professional.
Definitely stay again.

The body was in the shower was left at a low level when we arrived that it made it difficult for two people to have a decent shower.

Family room was very spacious. New comfortable beds. Check in was quick. Had streaming services.

Cons:

Shower wasn’t great at all and needed a good clean around the bottom. Air con remote was missing, plus struggled to keep room cool, but I do understand it was an extremely hot weekend but maybe the aircon size is too small to accommodate Adelaide’s hot summers.
