Nice place just wished the room was cleaned every couple days.
Pros:

Right on the water

Cons:

That they did not clean the room at all for a 10 day stay. Also everyday had to go to office for wash clothes & towels.

Good location, bad for bugs
Pros:

I loved the location and the easy access to beach and pool. It was a very quiet part of PCB. The ice chest was a game changer

Cons:

I didn’t like that the first thing I noticed when we got into our room some type of small bug on the bed. Then, I saw a few roaches throughout the night.

Right on the water with a balcony. Nice pool. Kitchen was nice to have. Staff was very nice and friendly and they let us late checkout for free

Cons:

Did not have things as advertised…there were very few dishes in kitchen. Whole place was much more run down than pictured. There were no beach chairs or towels as listed when I booked… a lot of things were broken. The toilet, the remote, there were very few channels on tv, and the chairs on the balcony were broken.

I liked it was beachfront.

Cons:

There were only 2 luggage carts for the entire property. People hoarded them in their rooms making it ridiculously hard to transport luggage upstairs—because waiting on the outdated and extremely slow elevator was absurd. The bathroom looked it hadn’t been updated in decades (cracks around the drain, bottles missing off the walls, dirty, etc) my daughter didn’t even want to take a shower in there it was so dirty. The room upon first entrance smelled like hemp. The tv was missing most Chanel’s and didn’t work on the ones it had. The exterior window was filthy. The walkway to the rooms was gross and needed a major remodel. We were scared to take our shoes off to walk from beach to the hotel. I feel absolutely angered about how unkept and poorly maintained this property was! This was the absolute WORST place I’ve ever stayed, and I will think twice before using Booking again.

Pros:

I never had a beach front available it was perfect. I had a full kitchen and was able to be like at home . Was not force to go out every time to eat . That's my favorite of the whole vacation. No anxiety left feeling good about everything

Out door bathroom should have ceramic tiles

I will say the only thing I’d liked about the property is the location it being on the beach was a plus.

Cons:

The property is an in suites and we were told that it was a hotel/resort online. The elevator constantly had technical issues. There was a mold in the ceiling part of the shower area. The bathroom had a putrid odor the entire state it smelled like there was plumbing issues. they did not refill the tissue nor towels or clean the room not once. when I called the front desk multiple times to ask for more towels and tissue. I was told that I had to come down to the front desk each time to get the items there was zero housekeeping overall the property did not smell nice at all.
