Pros:

I like the fact that it was a private beach with a heated pool. I enjoyed the grill.It a nice little place to be if you don't want crowds. The faculty was really nice and professional

Cons:

What I didn't like was the bed was hard. The sheets didn't smell clean. Was never offered a wifi password .The vent on the air conditioner was dirty and vents in that room was dirty

The staff was easy to work with
Pros:

Our 1st room wasn't nice so small air kelp going out we requested another room in the newer building it was much better and great location short walk to beach all employees nice ,the bed was very comfortable in both rooms

Cons:

Not enough cook wear or dishes nor silver ware, no pot holders or can opener no bread pan no drinking glasses no knives

Good but could have been better
Pros:

Being close to the beach was really nice. The kitchen was also nicely done. It was very spacious, didnt feel to small with 3 kids running around.

Cons:

I didnt like how the sliding door locked it looked kinda of rigged, felt like the door could of had a better lock on it, the bathroom ceiling looked like mold was growing, the toilet paper holder was way to low to the toilet,we had to take the toilet paper off when we used the bathroom because our knees/ thighs would hit it. The paint job wasnt done very well. The way the curtains was hung up definitely didnt look right. The shower rode looked like it was moved several times, there was only conditioner on the shower wall. I know its not big things but, I felt for the money we spent to stay there it could have been way better. When you look for a place to stay and the photos are not what you see in person its a little upsetting.

Location was good

Cons:

We had to switch rooms due to dis repairs to property. The property was dirty and worn. The window to balcony was broken. The chair on the balcony was broken. The 3 rd floor railing outside the door was loose, very dangerous. The room keys stopped working the entire time we were there. After complaints a nice manager switched us to second floor. The bathroom sink was very slow draining. Then the AC started backing up water into the room, after a while it also drained onto the balcony where I personally slid on due to so much water. We had to use many towels to soak up the water. After notifying office they said a repair man would come over and he didn’t arrive until the afternoon of the following day. Water was soaking everything in front of door and bed. We asked for towels in the room over and over and we could never get four towels and wash clothes, the room was booked for four people. The second floor railing was not attached to wall. They finally attached it. Our room keys had to be reloaded every time we went out. I usually never complain but this hotel was not a good one and I would never recommend it. The truth is we deserve some kind of compensation.

Last minute affordable mini vacation for me and my kids will be most memorable
Pros:

So me and my family just woke up that day actually memorial day and decided to just get on da road once we found this location on the beach for me and my children with full kitchen for a very very reasonable price again for a last minute stay...it was absolutely amazing even tho it rained but me and my family will most certainly be back...I hv visited Panama city Beach for years but this by far was ideal for me and my family....we'll most definitely be back....everyone had their own space and bed...10 out of 10 and we'll be back again for sure

Horrible
Pros:

The list goes on and on. Dirty stinky rooms, dirty floors, ac unit wouldn’t cook off, trash everywhere around the property, rude workers who didn’t explains things and over charged my account, horrible beds and bugs

Love Beachfront
Pros:

I absolutely love how close we were to the beach. Love how easy check in and check out was. Love the pool and ice machine.

Cons:

The door to the balcony was hard to open n close. They could update the showers then it would be perfect.
