The pool needed cleaning, we found marijuana roach on the balcony. Sand on the sofa bed so we could not use it.
Beautiful beach, quiet, and the room with balcony great.
Cleaning service didn’t really do anything but make our beds and there was always sand on the floors and dirty dishes. Trash not taken until end of stay.
Nothing
Nothing they did not clean the room before my stay they literally just made the bed back and checked me in. The shower was covered in mold, the previous person who stayed there’s clothes were still hanging in the closet, sand was in the beds between the sheets and comforter, the back door to the patio was broke and not accessible, and the floor was so dirty it felt like a gravel parking lot. Then the manager and cleaning staff where extremely rude Timothy and destiny did not apologize even once for the issue I fact the yelled at me and my girlfriend when the clothes in the closet were brought up the cleaning lady snapped at me “so I messed one”. The where the rudest staff I have ever dealt with which fit perfectly with the disgusting property. Then when we tried to leave ten minutes after checking in due to all the issues the wanted to refuse a refund until we had to spend over an hour arguing with the management until they called a regional manager who still tried to keep the first nights fee.
The most I like about this property is that it’s easy access to the beach, pool and also other shopping and dinner access.
No hot tub or tiki bar

The website was very deceiving. Pictures must have been old. Pool area not very clean, everything very out dated. The room was clean but very out dated. Balcony door was accessible to everyone. There was a bolt you put in the hole for safety!

Parking is horrible and elevator needs some attention

I have stayed here multiple times a year for the past seven years, but unfortunately, I’ve noticed a significant decline in the condition and quality of the property over the past two years.
Last year, both the hot water and elevator were out of service. This year, there were no pots or pans in the room. When I requested them, I was given a small saucepan. When I asked for a frying pan, the employee didn’t seem to know what I was referring to.
The kitchen outlets also did not work, so there was an orange extension cord running from the refrigerator across the entire room. The toilet barely flushed, and we had to use the toaster in the bathroom because of the lack of working outlets in the kitchen. The AC unit was also very loud and squeaky.
There were just a lot of little things this year that made our stay inconvenient. It’s disappointing because the location is fantastic, it’s right on the beach, and the property is usually peaceful with very few people. However, the rooms and overall upkeep seem to be going downhill.
I’ve enjoyed staying here for many years and would really like to see the property receive some much needed attention and maintenance.
