It was nothing like it was posted online , it was dirty, everything was falling apart and we wasted all our groceries because it was not furnished like it stated

Pros:

De frente para o mar e tb os funcionários muito gentis !! Apartamento atende bem um casal. Cozinha funciona bem , tem café pra os clientes .

Cons:

Meu apartamento deu problema elétrico e o sistema de alarme apitou durante o dia e a noite , inclusive durante a madrugada , só parou quando parei de ascender a luz do banheiro .o colchão tb não era muito bom .

Very surprised how peaceful my stay was. Being a distance from main drag was relaxing!!
Pros:

Having been to panama city beach for 8 tears in a row, and having stayed at various hotels on front beach road, sugar sands was the only hotel that had hot water. The softness of the water was perfect. All other hotels had tepid water and was too soft, making it difficult to rinse soap off in shower, and making it very slippery in the bathtub. I'll will be returning in september to sugar sands!!!

Cons:

There was not enough lounge chairs at the pool, and it seems they filled in the hot tub. Probably for insurance reasons. The carts to bring luggage up to the floors were nowhere to be found. The morning desk clerk was unfriendly and had a bad attitude. It was like don't bother me. She never once smiled and did not give me a reciept for my stay. The night time desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to locate a cart for me. Carts should be returned after use.

Pros:

I loved that it felt more secluded and a little over 4 miles from Pier Park so it was quiet! There’s beach houses and open land next door so you didn’t have to fight for spots on the beach like a normal condo! The room we got was a 2 queen bed without a split and it was updated and felt very comfortable! We stayed last year and loved the price/location so much that we decided to stay another time this year! I can’t recommend this place enough! Also the parking is fine! There’s not enough parking in front of the building but we parked a lot across the road and it was good and felt safe to walk to our vehicles at night! If you want a quieter beach stay in PCB then I highly recommend this facility!!

I wish we could come once a month!
Pros:

We absolutely loved the split accommodation walk out room. We stayed in 103 and the access to the beach was fantastic.

Cons:

The parking was very tight. They should expand the parking area or assign parking if you have a room number so you have easier access to your room, especially if you are on the ground floor.

The ocean view was great, the room cleanliness was terrible.
Pros:

The views out the back balcony were great. Once on the ground floor you’re about 100 feet to the sand and only a hundred yards to the ocean.

Cons:

From the day we checked in our beds were sandy. This was no fault of our own. The balcony was loaded with sand, which may not be the hotels fault entirely due to wind. Every time you went out you tracked it back in. We stayed 4 nights, went to front office after the 2nd night to request a clean. We even hung the come on in sign on the door. After returning to the room at the end of the day we discovered the sign turned to “do not disturb”. The rooms hadn’t been touched, towels still dirty and everything still sandy. When asking the front desk why they didn’t clean the room we were told we have to be present when housekeeping arrives to get cleaned. There is no schedule, so you’re just expected to spend the whole day waiting around for them to come instead of following normal hotel procedures. This alone ruined the entire experience of what could have been. The last day there we were on the balcony out back and had a very large cockroach show up by the back door. Usually means there’s more than one around.

Pros:

Its absolutely so close to the beach.Also,the view from the window is AMAZING.I also liked the fact that it had free parking with a pass.

The building is showing its age.It needs some cosmetic uplifting. I saw some spots where housekeeping missed like dirty light fixtures covers as well we had to ask for clean towels.Seems like they dont resupply towels in the room on a daily basis.
