Starting from 13 October 2025, essential upgrade works to replace one of our two guest elevators will commence. This project is part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing guest comfort and safety.
During this period, one elevator will be unavailable, and guests may experience noise during standard work hours (9am – 5:30pm). The works are expected to continue for approximately 2 to 3 months.
From 2 February 2026 for approximately three months, we will be installing a brand-new guest elevator. Some noise may occur during working hours on weekdays between 8:30am and 5:30pm. We will do everything possible to minimize disruption during this time.

There were kids screaming up and down the hallway from St Kent’s until after 9pm at night

For a cheaper price
Reception staff could barely understand or speak English, couldn't get aircon unit to work as batteries were flat, girl came to replace them and then tried to make out like I wasn't capable of operating it. Room was dirty, shower was filthy, glass on shower was white, not clear and pink mould on bottom, no tissues in box, just basic stuff and paid alot for 2 nights , midweek.

Not being able to get the restaurant menu that is advertised. Only to be told it is available Monday to Thursday. The Friday to Sunday Menu is not great

We had the studio room, it was a little small and the bathroom was basic, but they are in the process of doing each room up and this room will be done up in time.
Room a bit small if you had a couple with a few suitcases, not much space to put them.
Not reburbished, tired and restaurant food terrible. Should not be an Accor more like 3 star has been.
