Starting from 13 October 2025, essential upgrade works to replace one of our two guest elevators will commence. This project is part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing guest comfort and safety.
During this period, one elevator will be unavailable, and guests may experience noise during standard work hours (9am – 5:30pm). The works are expected to continue for approximately 2 to 3 months.
From 2 February 2026 for approximately three months, we will be installing a brand-new guest elevator. Some noise may occur during working hours on weekdays between 8:30am and 5:30pm. We will do everything possible to minimize disruption during this time.

Bathrooms were a bit substandard compared to the rest of the room

We had the studio room, it was a little small and the bathroom was basic, but they are in the process of doing each room up and this room will be done up in time.
Room a bit small if you had a couple with a few suitcases, not much space to put them.
Not reburbished, tired and restaurant food terrible. Should not be an Accor more like 3 star has been.

The toilet flush system needs replacing. There was a sign to press flush button twice, however this didnot always work. (when it gets to this stage to push button twice, it's usually a sign that it needs replacing.)
