Starting from 13 October 2025, essential upgrade works to replace one of our two guest elevators will commence. This project is part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing guest comfort and safety.
During this period, one elevator will be unavailable, and guests may experience noise during standard work hours (9am – 5:30pm). The works are expected to continue for approximately 2 to 3 months.
From 2 February 2026 for approximately three months, we will be installing a brand-new guest elevator. Some noise may occur during working hours on weekdays between 8:30am and 5:30pm. We will do everything possible to minimize disruption during this time.

We prefer the upstairs room rather than the ground floor rooms which were a bit more noisy as we on the car park side which was busy with builders etc and people coming and going.
The bed was comfortable, but I was probably overtired and did not sleep very well. Location was good for my purposes. The room was large and well set up.

The rooms were well appointed , clean and tidy with a large bathroom. The rooms were quite modern and the hotel also had a pool and great breakfast option.
The hotel is currently undergoing some renovations and was quite far from local restaurants and the city centre.
Staff exceptionally helpful. I ended up doing 2 separate bookings for myself for some reason and the staff were able to guide me through cancelling with out any fee the other booking saving me money. Thank you
The elevator didn't work but that was due to maintenance work being carried out. It was good exercise though carrying my suitcase up the stairs.
