Worth it and worth returning!
Pros:

Location is wonderful. The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was very generous and easy. Hotel was quiet.

Cons:

Nothing really to report… old, squeaky beds and yucky pillows but everything was clean!

WE DID NOT. STAY AT THIS PLACE. THE DESK CLERK WAS 20 SOMETHING. He WAS A RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, DISRESPECTFUL PUNK!! THE LADY DAY DESK CLERK I TALKED TO TELL THEM WE GOT A LATE START, SAID THEY DIDN'T REQUIRE A DEPOSIT, AND PAY UPON CHECKOUT! NO HOLDS ON YOUR CARD. THIS KID FIRST SAID "THEY ONLY TAKE DOWN YOUR CARD # IN CASE OF MISSING THINGS". SO, I SAID OK, I HAVE TO GO GET MY PHONE AND UNLOCK MY CARD, RIGHT THEN HE SAID "I'M BORDERING ON CANCELING YOUR ROOM RESERVATION!" I ASK WHY, HE HAD NO REASON! HE SAID BECAUSE I JUST AM. I SAID I'LL BE RIGHT BACK.. THEN INSTEAD OF JUST "TAKING DOWN MY CARD NUMBER "HE WAS GOING TO RUN MY CARD FOR A DEPOSIT IN THE AMOUNT OF THE 2 DAYS STAY. I SAID IF YOU'RE GOING TO DO THAT, I NEED YOU TO SPLIT THE AMOUNT BETWEEN TWO OF MY CREDIT CARDS. HE SAID I CAN'T DO THAT...I SAID WHY NOT... IT'LL STILL BE THE FULL AMOUNT! SO HE SAID I'M CALLING MY MANAGER AND SEE WHAT HE SAYS... HE CAME RIGHT BACK AND SAID HE SAID CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION....I SAID WOW, FOR WHAT... BECAUSE HE WANTS YOU TO LEAVE. WE ENDED UP SPENDING 3 HOURS IN THE DANG CAR CALLING BOOKING.COM TO COMPLAIN AND GET ANOTHER AFFORDABLE ROOM! IT'S NO WONDER "THEY HAD ONLY "ONE CUSTOMER CAR THERE...THERE WAS NO OVERBOOKING WITH AN EMPTY PARKING AREA...

Perfect in every way. Thank you.
Pros:

Everything in the complex was clean. It was a joy to have found the Peppermill. I am grateful for the always helpful staff. Everyone. The location was across from a store, and that was also a plus. I appreciated that my pets could be with me. There is an extra charge for pets, but it was well worth it.

Cons:

Not one thing could have been better.

That was one of the worst mattresses I have ever slept on. I couldn’t get to sleep and was tempted to just leave at 4:00 a.m. but didn’t only because the roads were icy, it was foggy and it was pitch black so I waited for daylight.r

Overall disappointed. They really need to spend some money to update.

The hotel was clean. It was close to my destination

Cons:

The beds were old, worn out and squeaked. Definitely need to be replaced. The breakfast was the worst I had ever seen. If that’s what they are offering, there is no point in doing it.

Didn't pay for a higher end stay so was happy with clean, quiet, well attended.
Pros:

Bummer neighborhood but we knew that. Not your fault.
Breakfast was what to be expected. Well attended. Grandson loved hands free pancakes.
Parking area open and well lit.

Cons:

Queen bed in room 208 is broken down on one side and noisy. Slept on other side.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel needs a fresh update
Pros:

Didn’t eat breakfast. Location was good, but freeway noise was loud. Everything was clean.

Cons:

Rooms are in need of modernization. No USB outlets. Had to look all over for outlets to charge our phones. The fan in the bathroom sounded like it was on its last leg. The whole hotel needs to come into the modern world, a refresh!
