Great facilities, great location but street noise is loud at night.
Pros:

The facilaties were excellent including the indoor and outdoor pool and spa. Location was perfect xlpse to main bus and tram stop and clpse to pacofic fair and beach. Short tram ride to surfers.

Cons:

The street noise just from cars driving psst was very lpud throughout the night. And no meal options onsite.

Location is good
Pros:

Liked the pool areas

Cons:

There was a bad odour smell in the lounge area , lounges were dirty fabric and vinyl lounges
No lock on main door entry to room with small children was easy for them to open the door,
No lock on main bathroom door small kids were walking in when someone in there going to toilet or in the shower.
Room was meant to be cleaned on the Friday when the cleaners came the kids were sleeping they said they will be back on Saturday and didn’t come , I went to reception on Sunday said they will come on Monday between 10- 12.30 pm so the kids won’t be a sleep and no show again , I called reception for fresh towels and coffee and sugar disappointing

Fantastic weekend away with friends
Pros:

I have stayed in this property many times before and it never disappoints. Across the road from Pacific Fair, Casino and short walk to restaurants, cafes and beach.

Excellent layout of room, clean and comfortable.

Well pleased with this apartment and it’s location, would stay again
Pros:

Excellent location, modern and clean apartment, beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Shower head a bit high, I’m a 5ft2 person in height, however I could point shower head down.

Great for our group stay. Very close to all of the restaurants we had booked.
Pros:

Everything about Seinna Grand was good, location close to everything, restaurants, shopping, beach all close and within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful, room bigger than expected for a 1 bedroom apartment and bed was
comfortable.

lo que mas me gusto fue su ubicacion y las instalaciones piscina, yacussi y piscina temperada

Cons:

La limpieza del departamento me desepcionó muy sucio mucho polvo en los muebles debajo de las camas estaba muy cochino el aire acondicionado estaba malo no se podia controlar bien y estaba muy sucio.

Needs a deep clean
Pros:

Pool facilities fantastic

Cons:

Room was dirty, carpet need a good vacuum, deep clean or be replaced.

Dust all windows sills and skirting were gross

Kitchen was clean!

Blankets on the beds were stained.

The tiles on the balcony were loose and moved as you walked on them, kinda scary

Lighting in the ensuite bathroom was terrible and no fan makes it very uncomfortable
