Pros:

Everything about Seinna Grand was good, location close to everything, restaurants, shopping, beach all close and within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful, room bigger than expected for a 1 bedroom apartment and bed was
comfortable.

lo que mas me gusto fue su ubicacion y las instalaciones piscina, yacussi y piscina temperada

Cons:

La limpieza del departamento me desepcionó muy sucio mucho polvo en los muebles debajo de las camas estaba muy cochino el aire acondicionado estaba malo no se podia controlar bien y estaba muy sucio.

Needs a deep clean

Pool facilities fantastic

Cons:

Room was dirty, carpet need a good vacuum, deep clean or be replaced.

Dust all windows sills and skirting were gross

Kitchen was clean!

Blankets on the beds were stained.

The tiles on the balcony were loose and moved as you walked on them, kinda scary

Lighting in the ensuite bathroom was terrible and no fan makes it very uncomfortable

The light rail has ruined how easy it was to drive from Burleigh to Surfers Paradise.
Pros:

As a family we loved the accommodation.

Cons:

The wi-fi was not good and our two children were very upset at times

Very satisfied & lovely experience, would happily return.
Pros:

Foyer was immaculate & smelt amazing. As the first experience for guests, it was a welcoming, warm & friendly atmosphere. The staff member on was very friendly & polite, & most accommodating when our room wasn’t quite ready, checking in on us & making sure we were comfortable and happy. Pool area was great, very clean & enticing.

Cons:

Bathroom & ensuite lighting wasn’t enough, lounge was a little old and dated.

Location was good, facilities seemed ok

Cons:

was blindsided about unit location facing beach, the unit was dirty with faded and marked stained lounges and table chairs. The internet didnt work and tvs were old school did not have internet on tvs or able to cast phone. The room smelled and was small, there was no house keeping daily and we had to wash our own sheets and towels. The dryer took all day to dry the linen. The lounge was that dirty my wife wouldn't sit on it

Very pleasant stay in a well located hotel with excellent amenities.
Pros:

Excellent location. Short walk to Pacific Fair, bus and light rail, Casino and beach, restaurants etc.
Comfortable bedding. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment.

Cons:

The surfaces of table and floors could have been cleaner. The dishwasher was musty smelling. There were stains on the lounge.

We have stayed here before, it changed, won't be going back and the price has tripled $1000 night

Cons:

There were no face cloths and only one hand towel. Aircon wasn't on when we arrived, very hot, bed uncomfortable.
Communication was none existent clearly an AI rather than a real person. which caused major delays with checking in. I had fraud on my credit card so it was cancelled between teh time of booking and arriving. The message I recieved from the booking was to pay at the accommodation, however when I arrived they refused to take payment, the rest was about a 1 hour delay that stuffed up our plans and ruined the day with Family and made us late to our next meeting!
