Cons:

Not clean enough, dusty.. walls had dust fluffs in bedroom.. very dusty laundry area…dryer filter was full of dust. dirty glasses in kitchen. Cockroaches running here and there.. no laundry liquid provided although they wanted us to wash the towels ourselves.. asked for extra towels and said they would provide but didn’t.. didn’t like the blankets as well.

Perfect weekender with the family
Pros:

Location, size of unit. Amentities. We spent a lot of time in the pools, sauna etc. also a game of tennis.

Cons:

No quilts, just sheets and a fluffy throw blanket.

A bit disappointed, probably wouldn’t return.
Pros:

Location was great and the staff were incredible!

Cons:

The room was dusty, so unfortunately my allergies started up, the room only came with one sachet of dish soap and dish washing machine powder which was a shame because we spent a few nights there, we ended up buying liquid downstairs. But for what we paid, it should have been stocked for how long we were staying. The floors weren’t vacuumed as they had the previous guests hair all through it, was pretty gross. The doors to go outside were so hard to open, we actually thought they didn’t open until one final hard pull. All in all, was just a bit disappointing for how much we paid, I usually stay at mantras quite a bit because of how great they are and the staff. I don’t think we will return to this one sorry.

I enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Great position with a sea view, friendly helpful staff, good kitchen and large appartment

Cons:

Some areas hadn’t been cleaned but after mentioning to the staff it was done promptly.

Great facilities, great location but street noise is loud at night.
Pros:

The facilaties were excellent including the indoor and outdoor pool and spa. Location was perfect xlpse to main bus and tram stop and clpse to pacofic fair and beach. Short tram ride to surfers.

Cons:

The street noise just from cars driving psst was very lpud throughout the night. And no meal options onsite.

Fantastic weekend away with friends
Pros:

I have stayed in this property many times before and it never disappoints. Across the road from Pacific Fair, Casino and short walk to restaurants, cafes and beach.

Excellent layout of room, clean and comfortable.

Pros:

Liked the pool areas

Cons:

There was a bad odour smell in the lounge area , lounges were dirty fabric and vinyl lounges
No lock on main door entry to room with small children was easy for them to open the door,
No lock on main bathroom door small kids were walking in when someone in there going to toilet or in the shower.
Room was meant to be cleaned on the Friday when the cleaners came the kids were sleeping they said they will be back on Saturday and didn’t come , I went to reception on Sunday said they will come on Monday between 10- 12.30 pm so the kids won’t be a sleep and no show again , I called reception for fresh towels and coffee and sugar disappointing

Excellent location, modern and clean apartment, beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Shower head a bit high, I’m a 5ft2 person in height, however I could point shower head down.
