Overall the place is very good and I would consider it for future visits.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly especially Linda at check in and check out. The room was spacious.

Cons:

A dirty towel was left on the hanger on the bathroom door and the breakfast eggs were cold.

Pros:

Nice staff, good location and clean

Cons:

Can’t close curtains so light comes in during the night plus privacy issue.
Walls are so thin that I could hear next room coughing all night.
Pumps of shampoo/ soap in shower didn’t work. Food was not welcoming so I just grabbed a yogurt for breakfast.

Pros:

Great staff, nice sized suite, great free hot breakfast...with choices. Easy to check in and easy to check out. Definitely "The" place to stay in Sudbury for us, and we've stayed in many places in Sudbury. Looking forward to staying here again.

Disappointing
Pros:

The layout of the sweet was convenient with two kids

Cons:

The pool was filthy. It was green and you couldn’t see the bottom of, it was only 4 ft deep. I didn’t go past the stairs my children were disappointed. I had been waiting a new credit card in the mail so I didn’t have my physical card on me, it was 10 pm when I was checking in and the front desk clerk gave me a hard time even though I had my card on Apple Pay and I booked with that card through booking.com she wouldn’t proceed. I had to load money onto my koho account and use that credit card even though it was just on my phone as well and not a physical card, she accepted that for some reason. It took an hour to get in our room and I had two young kids.

Stayed here for medical reasons and this room and stay was amazing.
Pros:

The room size was amazing and loved the kitchenette.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was amazing. Maybe the turkey bacon at breakfast lol

Clean place offering good value stay in Sudbury ON
Pros:

Good solid property with good value for the stay, with polite staff. Very clean facilities, except the maintenance of the car parking.

Cons:

Due to the snowfall, the parking was not taken care of with a lot of snow around. Vehicles, specially those not AWD/ 4WD would tend to get stuck right at the parking driveway / doorstep of the hotel.

Great stay and very comfortable suites. We will definitely return.
Pros:

Excellent location and a variety of options for breakfast. We enjoyed the pool facilities and the decor made our Christmas vacation extra warm and comforting.

Cons:

The girls hockey team seemed to think it was appropriate to run around the halls and cause a disturbance, but management helped us a few days later.
