Located in a safe area of Sudbury, clean, good parking. Included breakfast was much better than most. Comfy beds and powerful shower.

Spacious separated spaces. Great for families with kids.
The pull out sofa bed can feel like sleeping on springs unless you pad it with some thick comforters. We used at least 5 or 6.
Clean and comfortable!
We requested a main floor suite over a month prior to or stay. When we arrived and checked in we were informed we couldn’t get our request as requested! The person at the front desk informed us that even though the request was far in advance it does not mean it will be fulfilled. The special requests are assigned on the day reserved. My question then is why ask for special requests if they will not be fulfilled!

Beautiful room. Eduardo excellent checking us in. Unfortunately pullout couch had no mattress just a couple of thin blankets. Was like sleeping on barbed wire. Very unpleasant

Im currently working on my diamond for life this year as I’ve achieved platinum for life at marriott and im now rethinking my decisions as I come to find that overall titanium elite benefits and overall customer service is superior at marriott. I was not aware of the peasantry practice of now charging for late checkout. Considering that I own a small hotel this would have never even occurred that anyone would do that for 30 minutes or an hour late checkout. I’ll probably stay elsewhere next time the 12 years as a return customer means nothing here.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, the room was what we expected, and clean.
The kitchen staff is not fully aware of accommodating allergies.
My son has Celiac and we wanted to see what is gluten-free so he could eat.
It was mentioned that when the kitchen receives containers, the labels are not kept, but thrown out.
A simple thing such as keeping the labels in an accessible location would be super helpful for people with allergies.
Homewood Suites are generally a good value in hotels and this is no exception. The hotel provides spacious, clean accommodation with a decent breakfast. They were able to provide gluten-free bread for my wife.
Check-in was easy and staff were all very friendly.
One note: the shower head and taps needed repair or replacement.
It was conveniently located, very clean & loved the amount of space in our room.
The elevator was very glitchy and sounded sketchy. The layout of the room was a bit odd as well, with the way the TV was facing and a random table in the middle. BUT that’s not enough to decrease the quality of our stay.
