Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen
Pros:

Geräumiges, sauberes und funktional eingerichtetes Zimmer. Besonders angenehm fand ich die zwei unterschiedlich großen Kissen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, alles war bestens vorbereitet. Auch die Umgebung ist ausgesprochen ruhig und grün.

Cons:

Für ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich zumindest einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer erwartet. Störender war allerdings der deutliche Lärm aus dem oberen Stockwerk am frühen Morgen (bereits vor 7 Uhr), durch den ich aufgewacht bin. Schade, denn von draußen war es absolut ruhig.

Havde booket et Deluxe-dobbeltværelse med søudsigt, men fik et værelse på 1. sal, hvor der ingen søudsigt var!!!!!!!

Das Abendessen, der Koch der dort gekocht hat, versteht sein Handwerk.

Cons:

Extra Parkgebühren von 18,50€ pro Tag! Getränke überteuert , überfordertes Personal. Eine Dame kam beim bedienen 4x an unserem Tisch und hat die Bestellung aufgenommen da sie es sich nicht merken konnte. Der Empfang bei Anreise total unhöflich. Fasanerie….. damit man die Getränke überteuert verkaufen kann! Absolut enttäuschend!!!!

Fantastic!
Pros:

The staff helped me out of a bad situation that I created. I showed up on the wrong night for the reservation! They found a room and didn't charge me for that night!!! Very helpful in a bad situation!

Preis-Leistung ist ok, aber die Betten sind durchgelegen
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend, 3-Gänge-Menü im Rahmen der Halbpension war sehr gut.
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, die hauseigene Sauna und der Billardtisch im Keller waren super. Die Lage direkt am Park ist ausgezeichnet.
Die Vorhänge haben das Zimmer gut abgedunkelt.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzgebühr in Höhe von 18,50€/Nacht ist unangemessen sodass wir auf dem nahegelegenen Aldi-Parkplatz parkten, die Betten sind durchgelegen und die Schränke im Zimmer riechen nach altem Schrank.
Die Sauberkeit in den öffentlichen Bereichen ist verbesserungswürdig.
Getränkepreise sind unangemessen hoch.
