vimos que tenía estacionamiento pero luego nos dijeron que tenía costo extra de 150 :(.

La relación precio calidad es buena. Las habitaciones e instalaciones en general no son las más cómodas ni las más wow, pero cumplen para pasar una noche e irte.

Cons:

Personal de recepción muy poco amable. El estacionamiento lo cobran aparte y es muy poco espacioso y feo. Las habitaciones cumplen para ir de paso nada más.

Todo muy bonito, la habitación muy cómoda, hicimos un ligero cambio en el alojamiento debido a una disponibilidad diferente y eso nos gusto.
El personal de limpieza muy bien todo, muy amables y con un trato lindo.

Cons:

El personal que se encontraba en recepción bien, el primer joven de la mañana nos atendió bien y fue quien nos dió la opción diferente de cambio de habitación.
Con su compañero que se encontraba de tarde/noche, la atención muy regular, considero que un buen trato cuando alguien no sabe de algo estaría bien, decirlo con educación y paciencia.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy mala. Desde el inicio, las condiciones no tenían nada que ver con las fotos que utilizan para promocionarse; las imágenes no son reales y el lugar es totalmente diferente. Las instalaciones estaban muy sucias, había un olor desagradable y el ambiente en general era incómodo. Me quejé varias veces en recepción, pero la persona que me atendió no dio ninguna solución; simplemente se quedaba callada o sonreía como si nada pasara, lo cual fue muy molesto y poco profesional. Definitivamente no le recomiendo a nadie que visite este hotel

That was I’ expected.

Was clean, friendly staff, good location

Cons:

They gimme the small room in the the hotel, when I’ reserve was nice comfortable bed, I’ arrived they send to very tiny room. I’ was disappointed.
