No me gusto que no ponen orden , personas haciendo ruido y los encargados mo hacen nada se lavan las manos que uno debe de reportar cuando las personas gritando y no dicen nada

El personal siempre fue muy amable.
La atención al cliente es muy buena.

Cons:

La habitación inicial que me asignaron tenía un olor muy fuerte, como a animal muerto. Y la única solución que me pudieron dar fue cobrarme más y cambiarme de zona dentro del hotel.
