Rooms and location were nice. Property was dirty and lack of at least water at breakfast was awful.
Pros:

Location, room were good.

Cons:

Property trash cans were overflowing all the days we were there. At breakfast only drink option was coffee. No water or juice options. Rooms only cleaned after two nights.

Pros:

Was a great and bear location to the Karate tournament we were attending. The staff was super nice and welcoming. Our room was very spacious.

Cons:

Our bathroom toilet had a sewer smell every time we flushed it so we kept bathroom door closed most of stay. The beds were super hard.

Shane is rude, unpleasant, unhelpful, and openly despises guests
Pros:

Shane, who I assume is the front desk manager, is rude, smug, and condescending. He clearly despises his guests and it shows in all of his interactions with them. I could go into the psychology of why, but it’s visible on the surface.

The other front desk people have generally been friendly and helpful, but that’s not important as dealing with Shane is so unpleasant I will be staying at other hotels in the area (and I’m in the area about once a month).

Very nice budget stay.
Pros:

I liked the hot breakfast. Family suite was spacious and comfortable. Liked the bulk pump amenities (shampoo, handsoap), though their smell was entirely too strong.

Cons:

I wanted to print something out. But the computers at the business suite must've been from 15 years ago! (Internet Explorer was throwback!) I was unable to even pull up a website!
