I love this hotel but they are letting it go. Stayed here over 10 years ago and it was much nice

For the price, it should have been a suite!

coffee maker & the coffee was great

maintenance...toilet did not flush, one bedside lamp did not work...had a short
no freezer in fridge
microwave so low could not read the buttons

FOR THE AREA, A GOOD PRICE BUT HAS SOME ISSUES
Pros:

Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Very well located next to the freeway (but you don't see the freeway) and shopping centers. There's an Applebee's right next door, which is convenient. The fan in the bathroom is constantly going (no way to shut it off) and I was aware of a smell in the bathroom that had an odor of sewage. The breakfast was so-so. The orange and apple juices were very diluted.

Not a well maintained property.
Pros:

The king suite was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Javier in the breakfast room is very nice and does a great job as did the person cleaning our room.

Cons:

The breakfast area was dirty. The couches in that area were old and very stained and dirty. There was food all over the carpet. The stairway between floors was very dirty as well. There was a towel shelf by the bathroom sink at head level with sharp corners. It was very poorly placed. We never saw anyone cleaning the pool in the days we were there. It seems like they need more staff doing maintenance on the grounds and in the breakfast room.

Booking sucked
Pros:

This is a very good hotel BUT DO NOT USE space 77 which you are forced to do (calling) from their website. They are non- responsive, total AI machine booked our room at a one third higher price. They charge immediately with no cancelation allowed Hampton (Hilton) refuses to help as it (77) is a third party that you are forced into. Just be VERY careful how you book your reservations.
