Ubicación perfecta. Como 4*, falla.
Pros:

La atención del personal y encargada, y por supuesto, la ubicación.
Comunicamos las molestias de una obra y nos entendieron y congraciaron. Sentirse escuchado y atendido es muy importante. Gracias.

Cons:

En las fotos, de la recepción, escaleras, habitación, etc., parece un hotel lujoso de 4*. La realidad es mucho más pequeña, bastante deterioro, y más cercano a 2*. Parece que lo están reformando.
Deberían eliminar las fotos de las vistas de la habitación doble estándar si no corresponden. O distinguir entre con vistas o sin ellas.

Great location and staff but not great value for money, in need of an update and not great experience with building work

Delicious breakfast and helpful staff.

Cons:

Building works meant original room had no functioning window and room smelt of drains. Overall the property is a bit dilapidated though rooms are ok.

Great location and once renovations are complete, it will be the perfect choice
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and in an excellent location. You can walk anywhere. We ate breakfast twice and it had excellent choices. The employees were all very attentive.

Cons:

I would have given an excellent rating except there were renovations being done, and we had plastic sheeting over our window, therefore we could not see anything or open the window to get air circulation during the spring when AC hasn’t been turned on yet. The hotel was kind enough to offer a credit towards the price of my room due to this inconvenience.
Once those renovations are complete, a very high rating will be warranted.

A small stylish hotel in perfect location
Pros:

Central and convenient. Staff very helpful. I extended my stay.

Cons:

Would have preferred to be able to eat there in evenings but it’s not that kind of hotel

Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location in the centre of Bordeaux, is lovely overall, and has very friendly staff.

Cons:

There is ongoing work on the building’s façade, and the first room I was given had no natural light because the window was completely covered with a tarpaulin. This may feel quite confining, especially for anyone who experiences anxiety or discomfort in enclosed spaces. I believe the hotel should inform guests about this in advance, as it would be particularly helpful for people who are claustrophobic. Thankfully they were able to give me another room.
