A great experience and will definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. All staff encountered during stay were super friendly. The coffee in the lobby....chef's kiss!! Hazelnut creamer is my favorite.

Cons:

The channel guide on the tv wouldn't show up at all to determine what was playing on each channel. The bed pillows were nice but too soft and I realize that's just a personal preference.

Exactly what we needed.
Pros:

We checked in after a long and complicated couple of travel days coming back from Mexico, completely drained… and Hampton Inn Mt. Pleasant turned our whole mood around.

The rooms were in excellent condition, super clean, and incredibly quiet. We slept better there than we had in days. The breakfast was honestly 10/10 … fresh, well-stocked, lots of options!

Ronni stood out for her hospitality. She was warm, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of!

To top it off, I accidentally grabbed one of their pillows thinking it was mine (travel brain is real 😅). When I realized and returned it, they were so understanding and laughed with me about it. That kind of kindness makes a place memorable.

Grateful for such a comfortable, welcoming stop on our way home. We will definitely return if in the area and highly suggest this hotel to anyone else coming through.

Great overall experience
Pros:

We had a great experience. Ronni was fantastic and broadcast the bears playoff game in the lobby for us! She also suggested great places to eat during our stay!
