Clean room, lots of towels, bed and pillows were so comfortable!

The room had a nice set up. Very clean. It had a rain showere head, which I don't like, but I know some love them. The shower pressure was good. It had car charging for EV vehicles but the vallet guy said it had been broken for over a year. EV cars are more and more popular, hotels should have them available. The vallet guy did tell us about free parking that was at the hotel. The rooftop bar looked nice but was full and there wasn't enough seating.

Great staff; nice rooftop

Various shops are nearby, ranging from dining and entertainment to clothing boutiques.

I feel bad for those who had a bad experience here, we had a great time!

The room was clean and hotel seemed to be taken care of, there were no 'pet smells' in our hotel area.
We did not experience any extra charges sometimes mentioned in reviews.

The area was nicer than expected, we did not walk around late though. There were some displaced people but noone bothered us.

The parking lot behind the hotel didnt seem bad, we luckily did not have any issue there but I will say the Valet Parking made no sense. It was connected directly with public parking with a gate on the front, the lot was fully accessible walking through public parking on each side.

We stayed Sunday and Monday night for a Concert in September so maybe its less busy but nothing was crowded anywhere. Mainly college kids walking around.

I wanted to love this hotel. The location was great. The service initially was good as well. After the first night, we asked for housekeeping to make up the room in the morning. After returning from a full day, I pulled the sheets down to get into bed and found what could only be fecal matter on the sheets. Not sure how housekeeping could have changed the bedding and not seen this. Not sure if it was animal or human. I am sure it was disgusting and I did not sleep well as a result of being completely grossed out.

We went to the front desk and there was no one available to change the bedding. We were provided with clean sheets and made the bed ourselves. As it was late and there was nothing else that could be done. The hotel did nothing for us as a result of this disgusting incident. We weren’t even provided an email copy of our invoice as promised

I had a lovely stay. JT had wonderful customer service and so did the valet. The beds are very comfortable and it is near so many things to eat and see.

There was a large stain on the chair. There were stains and scratches all over the bathroom. It just seemed like it needed some touching up. I have stayed here so many times and this is the first time I’ve seen this poor of conditions.

Great rooftop bar

The room was nice but the sink wasn’t draining well. They used a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet for the mattress.

Everything was great. The employees were all very helpful. The closet door on 502 wasnt operational.
