very good location and beautiful room
Pros:

The room is small but perfect. It was just me and my dad. We booked a room with a balcony which was great touch, did get very slippery out there. The bed was very comfy and we slept well.

The shower had good pressure and was large. There was a kettle in the room and tea and coffee supplied.

The restaurant smelt very good but we did not eat here

Fantastisch
Pros:

Personeel was super, van onthaal tem het uitchecken. We mochten en konden alles vragen. Het restaurant was ook geweldig!

Fijne plek, dicht bij centrum. Goedkopere alternatieven in de buurt maar die hebben minder charme.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt eigenlijk middenin het centrum. Fijne uitvalslocatie. Het inchecken verliep makkelijk en het verblijf was prima gelet op de prijs. Uiteindelijk zijn er goedkopere alternatieven te vinden maar heeft de "bootsetting" zijn charmes.

Cons:

Prijs voor ontbijt is hoog. Ook zijn de kamers redelijk klein als je er langer wilt verblijven. Maar voor een nachtje is dat prima.
De bedden waren matig. Doorlegen dus rolde makkelijk naar de kuil in het midden.

A friendly and comfortable stay
Pros:

Location was great and the two rooms we stayed in were comfortable. We upgraded our rooms before arrival as one of our friends has a slight disability and both couples decided to upgrade. All the staff were superb, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, a little expensive at 17.50 euro per head but initially we decided to have the breakfast one morning when we had to be out early.

Cons:

The upgrade to a room with a balcony is not an upgrade in the winter months as it is unusable and the door to the outside makes the room a bit chillier and there is only a view through the velux window. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding regarding the breakfast, when we decided to book one breakfast, we all were told that in fact the breakfast was included (we thought this must have been as we had upgraded), so after this, we decided as it was included, that we would have the breakfast for the Thur and Friday mornings as well as the Tues.

When we came to pay the extra for the upgrades at the end of the stay, we were therefore really shocked to be charged for the breakfasts. After some considerable negotiation a reduction was made, but it did feel an uncomfortable end to what had been a good stay.

Een prima verblijf voor een korte stedentrip
Pros:

De locatie vlakbij station Rotterdam Blaak was ideaal. Dichtbij de Martkhal en op loopafstand van het centrum.
De kleine, maar schone kamer met een goed bed.

Cons:

Het was wel wat gehorig, maar geen last van gehad.
