The room and the bed had ants and a staff member told me that the indoor pool was open and it wasnt't.
I like the location and the front desk staff
I didn't like that I didn't have hot water when I came back in on my 1st night. The staff did switch my room the next day. The room that I was switched to had dog food under the desk table, dried old rice on the mantle near the microwave. There were ants and what looked like fleas on my nightstand by the bed, so I was up killing them until about 2 a.m. I slept a few hours then checked out around 5 a.m. instead of regular check out time. I did tell the front desk about the issues I had. I wish I would have taken photos but I didn't.
The rooms need to be properly cleaned. I like this hotel because it's close to where my sister lives and in a great location to eateries and shopping.
The staff and overall cleanliness was very good.

I always love how it’s clean, comfortable, and i don’t have to worry about the staff.
My shower was only hot for 2 minute and it just got luke warm and by 10 min i had it on the hottest setting and it was almost cold. No hand bar soap was in the room so we had to use the provided body wash to wash hands.

Super clean. Food was okay.
I had to switch rooms due to a tv issue after getting comfortable. My A/C unit was also leaking pretty bad in my second room which I didn’t notice until the next morning. The pool was also closed after I was told it would be open later in the day.
Almost fell in hallway to my room, carpet covered up uneven flooring.

Carpeting on floors is not good, for today’s standards. Should be no carpeting on hotel room floors.
Would not recommend this hotel to friends and family. Would not stay at this hotel again even with the room remodeling their currently doing.
