Pros:

The staff has very poor customer service. We were awoken between 1am and 3am every night of our stay by people being INCREDIBLY loud above us and the staff did literally NOTHING to help with this. They told us to "just call back if they keep being loud and we'll remind them it's quiet time again". Half the time they wouldn't even answer the phone, the times they did they just apologized but did nothing to resolve it. We had to be up at 5am and got very little sleep. Not to mention the lady that was running the breakfast service was rude and aggressive. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

Overall clean, but terrible moldy smell
Pros:

Overall my stay was pleasant. Check in and out staff were kind, safe area, clean room and bathroom.

BUT I couldn't get past the moldy and mildewy smell in my room. Main smell was coming from the bathroom, where you could even see the mold on the ceiling. (See pic) I don't think it was the AC filter. When my neighbor flushed or used the shower, I could hear dripping in the ceiling, so I'm guessing that's the issue.

Family members staying on a different floor said they didn't have that issue, so must've been my room or floor (3rd floor).

Other potential downsides were not a ton of TV channels and the "vending and ice room" didn't have a vending machine.

Pros:

Check in went smooth the lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. I let the front desk know there was some water on the floor and she went and cleaned it up right away. I would stay here again.
