COTTON SHEETS!! Thank you. You are one of the only hotels who still have cotton sheets. YEAH!!
My husband reserved this hotel through Bookings.com and reserved a king bed. However, when we got to the hotel, we had two queen beds. Evidently, someone was booking at the same time and reserved it seconds before we did and my husband didn't notice. We would have stayed somewhere else for a king bed. Also, while I was using the restroom, a spider came out of the drain. You should spray for bugs.

Dude staff, small pool, bad food
I am a Diamond Hilton Honors customer. I travel fairly often for business. The day before every stay, one is invited to check-in remotely, pick one's room and receive an electronic key such that you can walk directly to your room bypassing the desk check in process.
For many stays, this was a welcome feature after a long day of working on the road and traveling etc. It certainly does make staying at a Hilton affiliate and attractive idea. After months of multi-night stays in 2025 and multiple thousands of dollars spent with Hilton affiliated hotels and enjoying the remote check in process, it suddenly stopped a few months ago. Nobody with any part of any Hilton entity has any idea why this happened or how to fix it. Never had any incidents with any stays. Bills always paid on time. No disturbing the peace etc issues. Just check in late, stay quietly, do my business, pack up and leave. Rinse and repeat.
The hotel desk help never has any idea why I have been asked to have my idea and form of payment verified. They refer me to the national Hilton customer service numbers. I call them to ask why this has suddenly begun to occur and they either tell me that each hotel has the choice about this OR they say to log out of the Hilton App OR delete and reinstall the App Or they start a "case" to research what's going on and nobody at Hilton ever follows up.
Worse yet, each successive stay finds me invited to remotely check in the day before. I do this hoping that this time Hilton gets their program figured out and I can once again re-enjoy the remote check in process. Nope. Same thing happens again.
We've got lots invested in time and money in the Diamond level honors membership but this has now become insulting and inconvenient. If I'm not going to be able check in remotely, then why invite me to do so the day before each stay? Worse yet, why does this repeatedly occur to solid customer who does nothing other than just check in, sleep, pay and go away with no negative impacts anywhere I've been.
This makes ZERO sense but I am going to spread this issue and leave the lowest possible review score every place I stay until Hilton fixes their problem.
The staff has very poor customer service. We were awoken between 1am and 3am every night of our stay by people being INCREDIBLY loud above us and the staff did literally NOTHING to help with this. They told us to "just call back if they keep being loud and we'll remind them it's quiet time again". Half the time they wouldn't even answer the phone, the times they did they just apologized but did nothing to resolve it. We had to be up at 5am and got very little sleep. Not to mention the lady that was running the breakfast service was rude and aggressive. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

Clean. Nice staff. Quite. Safe. Location was good for our needs. Good breakfast.
Bathroom sink drain stopper did not work well, causing sink to have a hard time draining.
Clean and good location
The shower did not work. W head to shower from the water coming from the low key.
The staff was really helpful to me! My husband has Parkinson’s and they helped me.
