Un hôtel bien situé, confortable avec un très bon petit déjeuner.
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. La chambre était très agréable. L'accueil à l'arrivée aurait pu être plus chaleureux et personnalisé. De façon générale, l'accueil à la réception était assez bof par rapport aux autres échanges plus conviviaux (femmes de chambre, bar...).

Cons:

La chambre n'était pas prête à 15h15 + Accueil froid et pas d'info sur les possibilités d'attendre et de passer aux toilettes par exemple. C'est pas génial quand le personnel se chamaille à distance d'écoute des clients. J'aurais préféré être prévenue qu'il y avait des travaux et des bruits de perceuse et de marteau entre 11h et 17-18h les jours de semaine.

Vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers aan het onthaal, goede ligging, comfortabel bed

Cons:

Toiletaanslag, bij het nemen van een douche moet je in een bad stappen. De douchegel/shampoo werkte niet (na melding werd dit wel opgelost) bij ontbijt bij het vallen van bestek door een medewerker, werd deze opnieuw op tafel gelegd om te gebruiken ipv deze te verwijderen.

Excellent, family-friendly hotel
Pros:

Well located within a few minutes walking distance of the cathedral and other downtown tourist spots. Wide range of restaurants nearby. Excellent choice of breakfast, buffet style.

Cons:

Family rooms are available, but fairly small.

Heerlijk hotel in de stad vlakbij de kathedraal.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt op steenworp afstand van de Kathedraal en de kunstwijk Saint Leu die in ontwikkeling is. Diverse restaurants en bars op loopafstand. Parkeren in de nabijgelegen ruime parkeergarage is voor eigen rekening en heel betaalbaar ca. €11,00/dag. Kamer is zeer ruim, voorzien van airco en goed geoutilleerd.
