Position is great. Staff helpful. Hopefully they get the aircon problem sorted

Good hotel at great location

Clean, location is fantastic, parking is convenient and close by

Cons:

AIr conditioning wasn't working on the hottest day of May . They provided fans instead. Smoke smell in non smoking room
Almost 14 euro parking cost for the day.

Bon emplacement mais des choses à revoir niveau propreté et temps d'attente au restaurant

Grande chambre familiale.

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre . Cheveux sur les murs dans la salle de bain. Mouchoirs et détritus sous le lit d'appoint qui avait été ouvert pour nos enfants.
2 heures pour le dîner ( il n'y avait que 3 tables de 2 et notre table de 5). Le serveur était par contre très agréable mais les plats ne sortaient pas. Rien d'exceptionnel sur le repas, ficelle picarde écœurante avec beaucoup de champignons. En appelant l'après midi pour savoir si nous pouvions ajouter une personne au dîner la dame au téléphone nous répond que c'est plein. Or restaurant vide...

Lovely modern hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The view of the cathedral from the privilege room balcony was beautiful with a table and chairs and two deck chairs. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was large.

Cons:

The carpet, sofa and chairs were worn. The bathroom was very small. As you walk into the room it had a large walk in shower on the left and bath on the right, but just a basin’s width between them, no other space. The toilet was separate in its own room but no basin in there.

Good Location
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

The staff are nice but the reception was not welcoming. There is a training issue here. No cheery bonjour - smiles - just very functional. We did not feel welcome or special. I’m sure it can be sorted by the management…
