3ème lit (fauteuil lit)ouvert alors que l'on etait que 2. Taches noires sur la couverture qui etait plus ecrue que blanche.

Une jeune fille de l accueil avec un accent étranger très désagréable ! Pas de parapluie à disposition chambre pas propre à 17 h toujours pas de ménage fait pas de shampoing dans la douche à 1000 les 5 nuits !! Le restaurant impossible de nous servir car manque de personnel on nous a prit les commandes et on est revenus nous dire désolé on ne peut pas on a demandé alors du fromage et de la charcuterie pour que manque belle mère âgée prenne ses médicaments on nous dit oui ça on peut et on revient 10 mn après non on peut pas non plus un soir une grosse pluie je demande un parapluie désolé on en a pas !!! Les travaux horrible le bruit et j en passe mais l agressivité d une des jeunes filles a l accueil une brunette avec un accent étrange c est inadmissible !!

Hôtel correspondant aux standards du 4 étoiles.
Pros:

Sa situation. La vue sur la cathédrale (chambre privilège). La chambre vaste. Le choix des produits mis à disposition . Les toilettes séparées de la salle de bain.

Cons:

La grandeur de la salle d’eau, ridiculement petite par rapport à la taille de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner présentant des produits trop standards (œufs brouillés faits à base de mix industriel, jambon de piètre qualité)

Underwhelming. I don’t give negative views but was disappointed.
Pros:

Central location, nearby carpark. Room was clean and bright. Staff were friendly. Had requested cathedral view, so premium price.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing. All
I wanted for breakfast was a fried egg and a cup of coffee. The kitchen couldn’t accommodate this - so my husband ate alone. The bacon was undercooked, the sausages were black, expected more for the hotel rating and price.
