On a eu un merveilleux accueil, le personnel était attentionné, le petit déj était complet et le service en chambre merveilleux. La déco était parfaite les pièces lumineuses et l'emplacement de l'hôtel était idéal.

Cons:

Lors du check-in et entré en chambre nous avons remarqué ce ne sont que des petits détails qu'il n'y avait pas de sac plastique dans les poubelles mais le plus important nous avons retrouvé des traces fécales sur la poignée de porte des toilettes.

Lovely stay in Amiens, thanks to Mercure Amiens hotel.
Pros:

The location is fantastic and it was easy to find. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the bus station. The size of the room was also great. I deducted a star only because of the balcony. Nothing to look at to be honest. Everyone we interacted with was great. Friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The balcony looked unkempt and was not inviting at all as others mentioned. Only negative for me.

Pros:

Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit, la literie très agréable. L’espace de la chambre été très bien.

Cons:

Sur le canapé lit il y avais des taches d'usures ou salissure, oubli du sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain mais le problème a été réglé aussi rapidement.
