This Hampton Inn lacks in many areas
Pros:

I really like Hampton Inns, sadly this one was not up to Hampton Inn standards. The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Water fountains not working, hot tube not working, filthy, feces on public toliet, very disappointed

Pros:

Love everything about the room. Super clean, comfortable bed. Definitely much better than what shows on Pictures, looks modern, Ive never been here in the last 5 years.

Cons:

Their fire alarm keeps going off. Gave me panic attack in the middle of the night. But the stay was wonderful thank you.

lesson learned.
Cons:

I booked and paid for this room on Booking.com. however once I arrived the employee insisted I did not pay for the room. and charged my card a 2nd time. Now I am having to go through a dispute with my credit card company. Furthermore, I called the hotel and they lied and said they credited my account. NEVER again will I stay here and I will recommend my friends and family never use thus establishment again. Life is hard enough without this blatant incompetence from this establishment. Perhaps they should hire someone that knows how to do their job.
