horrible customer service.

I was okay with their being a worldwide outage out of anyones control i was not okay with the terrible customer service that came with it. Got to our prepaid reservation at 3pm werent in our room till about 7-8pm, room was uncomfortably warm and ac would not get cold. The next day after being out of our room from morning till about 6pm our room key no longer worked went to front desk to get it fixed and was told by the woman at the front desk we were labeled as “no show” guests (our room was prepaid nonrefundable) and asked if our personal items were in the room…..we had been gone all day!! she told us she would “make it right” if our items were not in the room when we went up. After making sure everything was in our room we started to relax…then got a call from front desk that our room we paid to be in till sunday was given to another couple checking in who were given working keys to our room and were not told it was already occupied. staff told us to wait till someone tried to walk in and for US to tell them they were put into a occupied room. Felt completely unsafe after that and our dinner plans were ruined for not wanting to leave our room incase complete strangers walked in with all of our items around the room. husband wanted to speak to a manager after all this and we never got a chance to speak with anyone. Left completely unsatisfied with our stay. terrible terrible staff. And after we told them about the AC the night before when everything was happening with the room being given away a box fan was brought to our room at 9:45 pm. ridiculous.

Relaxing and exactly what we needed so close to the airport so we could arrive for our 5am flight the next morning.
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable beds, amenities were nice. Proximity to the airport was our main reason for booking and it was perfect.

It is close to the airport.

Cons:

Car got broken into and the staff really didn’t know what to do. I had to contact a third party security that apparently didn’t have cameras in the parking lot and no one was on patrol. Filed my own police report and also had to escalate the situation to the property GM. Also upon checking out the credit card machine wasn’t working and we tried several cards. My bank and card company said nothing was wrong with my cards.

Pros:

The front desk clerks and bartender were both very personable and helpful. The evening meal in the bar was very good. Bed was comfortable. Transport to the airport was very timely.

La cama y la ubicación

Cons:

El personal, muy groseros. Nunca intentaron ayudarme y la verdad está pésimo que te cobren por estacionar tu coche 8 dólares el día. No vuelvo. Estuve ahí 3 noches y nunca limpiaron el cuarto por más que baje y se los comenté.

Great sleep
Pros:

We had an early morning flight! Loved the back out curtains!! Wish more hotels had them.
Front desk was very friendly. Would stay again.

Cons:

Nothing one of the best hotels we've stayed at. Carpeting was a bit worn in the hallways
