I liked the pool and hot tub.
You couldn’t use the pool which I should have been advised this at booking. I would have cancelled it if I had know. The staff ask me to come down at 3.45 and they would get me a taxi. Went down no one on reception when he did turn up he was rude, said he had turned my taxi away because I never showed up. I said know one told me it was booked I was told to turn up here at 4.45 how was I meant to know. I said I didn’t receive a text telling me. He said you wouldn’t have got a text as your number was international. I said well how would I know. Very rude girl he also spoke to an American lady very rude as well.
Wasn't crazy about the small / cold indoor pool. Probably will not return because of this. The shower was also designed poorly. You had to reach in to turn on shower but then you got wet from doing so. Drop down curtains in room 414 were not working properly and looked "tacky".
Above average dinner options - food was quite good and very friendly staff.
Breakfast was good too - pretty good value.
Hotel is a little run down. Rooms are pretty spartan, but could use some updates - furnishings and lighting are not in the best of shape, although the bed was pretty comfortable.

I was bitten by fleas in the room.
Main problem is no hot water... even after running for 10 minutes on full hot, the water is barely lukewarm, sort of like the temp of baby formula. Miserable to take a shower.
Staff is very nice and tried to be helpful, but what can you do quickly/easily when the plumbing is faulty?
Excellent location not far from the airport, very clean bed was comfortable and had a good night sleep/
Every other hotels that I have stayed had complimentary breakfast, had to go somewhere else for breakfast.

The people here are very nice.
However, the property is a dump and reflects poorly on the Hilton brand. The light switches in the room don't seem to be connected to anything and good luck getting to a light switch in the dark.
It has the saddest hot tub I've ever witnessed with the water not nearly field and the temperature of lukewarm. The pool area really needs some cleaning up and appears to be in the midst of a renovation but I don't see any renovation happening.
The water fountain in the gym is broken.
And just overall, especially in the room, there's some weird empty closet that doesn't have anything in it and it overall feels cramps and low quality. Cheap doors etc
It was conveniently located and the staff was very friendly.
I didn’t realize parking was not free. There was a daily rate. I usually stay at Marriott and there is no parking fee. They also didn’t have Netflix.

The property was nice looked clean.
In a double queen room we only had 3 towels. I went to ask for more towels and management didn’t give me the towels I asked for then made me stand in the lobby with the dirty towels I took downstairs. After the phone call he handed me laundry bags and told me I had to bag them. Then the next morning we left to start our day and when we got back our room wasn’t made up/picked up and there was no fresh towels so I had to go back downstairs…..
