This was our first time at the hotel for our annual shopping trip. When we arrived, we all complemented in how clean and how nice the receptionists were at the front desk. Our rooms were wonderful and beds were very comfortable. The only negative we had was when we had our breakfast. Some of us had the buffet and others ordered off the menu. The waitress Rhiannon was awful. She took our drink order and we received our meals before our drinks and we still didn’t receive them. We asked her again and she told us, “ you can go up and get your own.” Not very happy with her, and kept saying they were coming… we ended up telling her we got our own. Funny thing was there was no one else eating breakfast besides the six of us so not sure how busy she could have been.

Location
The coffee maker in the room didn’t work and we had to ask for hand soap for our bathroom. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The staff were amazing and very accommodating. They were doing renovations so it was impossible to drive to the front of the building and come in the front door. It would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time. My bathroom floor had long dark hair on it which led me to believe the floor may not have been cleaned properly. I found it the night I arrived. I was there to attend a funeral and awoke to hammering on the floor below me. The hotel was nice but it would’ve been great to have a heads up.
