I understand things happen, however systems was for check in using credit cards. I was told to book online for 2 rooms and after our company rate would be honored. After doing so, I was charged for 3 rooms at a much higher rate. My credit card through the company was red flagged and turn off. So while traveling for work I had to use my personal card to continue for gas hotels ect for 2 days!

The Fairfield was one of the best hotels we stay in on our trip!!
There was a lot to like about this property, the friendly staff, cleanliness, beautiful views from our room, very quiet, great location. That being said, I have to say that they have the worst beds of any Marriott property that I've ever stayed at (and I've stayed at a few). My husband's back hurt and my hips and shoulder hurt in the morning. Way too firm of a mattress. Also, decor and fixtures are very dated.
The free breakfast was terrible. The hot options were largely inedible and there wasn't much of a choice for the cold options either.
This was our second stay inside of a year and we found the same issues during our first stay. Will there be a third? Not if I can find a better alternative or if they do some badly needed updates like getting new mattresses!
Check in with Chris was 4.5 out of 5 after that downhill the price for 1 nights stay was ridiculous $153 $$ plus change rate 1 out of 5 room was barely ok bed was ok shower had hot water but tile was chipped plumbing was loose. A/ C was cold and very loud ran most of nite to keep cool. Commode was very low and difficult for older clientele to get off of. Breakfast had very slim selection coffee was bad. Outside landscaping was terrible. Check out guy 2 out of 5. I have stayed at super 8’s that were better than this high dollar motel unfortunate because I have stayed at other Fairfield and been quite satisfactory. Not this one I rate this 1 out of 5 and would not recommend
The shiny tile floors in the bathroom are a slip and fall waiting to happen. you can't tell if there's splashed water on the floor. My sister in law fell after her shower when water splashed out of the back and pooled on the floor. stepping on the bathmat was fine, but the moment she stepped off of it, down she went. staff was very kind and helpful to her and that was much appreciated. bed was hard and pillows flattened out the moment you put your head on them.

Room smelled musty and was extremely noisy (traffic noise) and smoke detector ticking. Receptionist ignored us for 15m on arrival and then when requesting quiet room ignored us and put us on busiest traffic side.
