Room smelled musty and was extremely noisy (traffic noise) and smoke detector ticking. Receptionist ignored us for 15m on arrival and then when requesting quiet room ignored us and put us on busiest traffic side.

Very nice experience! The hotel is close to everything and the atmosphere was relaxed.
breakfast was fair
eggs weren't that good, coffee too strong.
lighting in room was dim
hotel needs an upgrade
Convenient, exceptional staff who went above and beyond, especially Melanie your General Manager, and service. Reasonable price.
A place to walk around would be a nice improvement. Having an evening snack or cookie for the guests.
Staff was very nice, check in was a breeze.
Room was clean and comfortable, nice area

The hotel was quite nice. Breakfast was good but a little limited in selection. Coffee served was great. Only one elevator, and it was a little slow. Location was excellent, right off of Rt 81. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The best of several hotels in the area that we have stayed in. Will be staying there again next year.
Good location. Common areas were nice.
Was given a handicap accessible room. The bathroom was not wonderful. The shower was lukewarm at best.
The young man when we checked in was very accommodating and gave us a lovely quiet room. Why I gave the average review was for two reasons the elevator and breakfast. The elevator was not functioning well. It kept stopping at the second floor for no reason and really was shaking. A bit frightening!
Breakfast was a bit strange. First I was at breakfast about 10 minutes early. It was dark in the breakfast room and even though everyone saw me no one turned on the lights. I only wanted to have a cup of coffee and had to sit in the dark. The breakfast itself was fine for myself but my husband thought it was the worst breakfast he ever had. Mainly due to the veggie sausage and terrible tasting eggs.
Every aspect of the hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well prepared. I can’t think of a thing that wasn’t just right.
First the good: this place is spotlessly clean, staff is very friendly, and is conveniently located right off the highway. It is easy to control air conditioning and heating.
Now the not so good: the place needs modernizing. There is nowhere to plug your phone in at the bedside. Typically, older hotels will install lamps that have USB and USB- C ports. Not this place. My biggest complaint is the lack of glassware or coffee cups both in the room and at the breakfast room. I personally can't stand to put a decent cup of coffee in paper, but it's more difficult to put good scotch into a plastic cup.
Breakfast is really hard to like. There are scrambled eggs which are either frozen or powdered eggs or both. No fresh eggs. No meat to be found and no real cheese to be found at breakfast. They have prepackaged sweetened yogurts but no plain yogurts. Bagels and English muffins exist, but no fresh breads. Yeah, you'll need to plan to go out to breakfast unless you can stand the low quality food offered. At least it was clean!
It seems that American hotel chains have all gone this way. Will I stay again? Perhaps out of convenience if there are no better choices. Actually, I think I'm finished with Marriott properties.
