Stay Express For A Quick But Pleasantl In & Out
Pros:

Location was great, right off the interstate eith plenty food places to choose from.! The complimentary breakfast was very good too.! Soft biscuits a plus.! Also, a microwave in the room, loved.!

Cons:

The elevator was down, Seeing as tho I was on the 3rd floor.! But the exercise was needed lol

Room smelled like dogs, pet hair on the seats and floor. The key to the room had to be recharged everyday. Ask for clean towels, no clean towels.

Sauberkeit im gesamten Haus kann besser sein.
Überall sind Türen Mobiliar mit Flecken , Griffspuren übersät. Eine ordentliche Grundreinigung von Teppichen , Ablagen, sichtbare, häufig benutzbare Flächen/Gegenständen gehört für uns zu einer guten sauberen Unterkunft. Seifenspender Beschriftung schmuddelig und alt.
Fotos von Badtüren mit alten Schmutzresten und Haaren von den vorherigen Bewohnern.
Wäre zu optimieren.

Mobiliar im Frühstücksbereich könnte überarbeitet werden , abgewohnt.
Beschriftung beim Buffet was dort zu essen gibt wäre sinnvoll. Für Auswärtige wie uns war es schwierig

I reserved a room with a king-size bed so my husband and I could sleep comfortably. When we arrived, the first king room they gave us was dirty. After reporting it, they changed our room, but the new one had two queen beds instead of the king bed I had specifically reserved. Sleeping in a smaller bed was uncomfortable for us and not what we paid for.

To make matters worse, the room had the AC turned off when we entered and there was a strong musty, humid smell. The odor was so strong that I woke up the next morning with allergies and an irritated throat. The room also appeared to be poorly cleaned overall.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and did not meet the expectations of the reservation.

Cons:

The room we had the ac didn’t work and the door key didn’t work so we kept having to go get a new one the hole time there no one came to clean the room (we didn’t have the do not disturb on the door) I asked for more towels I said could I get at least 4 bc I have a family of 4 she give me 2
