Прекрасный отель с великолепным видом на озеро Гарда. Отличное обслуживание гостей и здесь все создано для комфортного пребывания и отдыха. Великолепные бассейны и спа комплекс. На территории есть два ресторана с прекрасным сервисом и выбором блюд, также несколько баров для легкого перекуса.

Cons:

Нам показалось несколько странно то, что нельзя контролировать температуру и степень обдува кондиционера в номере. Точнее снизить температуру можно только лишь на три градуса, но если требуется больше, то надо звонить на ресепшен. Возможно это связано с заботой об окружающей среде.

Unforgettable stay at lake garda
Pros:

Initially the reservations team did not accommodate a specific request to aid my medical condition which was to ensure that the room had aircon as advertised to help me breath better at night. but the next day I met the general manager which made sure that our honeymoon was unforgettable and they also upgraded our room to the sky suite which was an amazing experience. Danielle and Stephania where so kind to us.

Some rooms might feel outdated while some are renovated and modern.
