Convenient, quite, comfort.

Good hotel but the damp feeling in the room was uncomfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great place when travelling with dog.

I would recommend this hotel to others.
Pros:

The check in was easy. We came in for a wedding the same afternoon so the early check in was a great benefit for us.
Staff was very friendly overall facility was very clean and tidy. Basic necessities were provided. Extra benefit. Continental breakfast offered a wide variety and was good.

Pros:

The staff were incredible helpful and nice. The first room we were given, the door would not latch closed. They came right up and since it could be repaired immediately, they gave a new room. This was our second stay. This hotel is very convenient to the highway. We were passing through and would absolutely stay here again if the need arises.

Wonderful Experience in Chattanooga
Pros:

This place was perfect for our stay. My grand daughter loved the pool and hot tub and I loved how clean everything was.

Pros:

There for 5 days, 4 nights. A/C was great!
Beds were good, excellent water pressure. Television did not work properly; after notifying front desk 3 times they finally sent maintenance who was already aware it needed updated cables. Had to ask for towels, toilet paper, never got a tissue box refill.

We always stay at the Hampton Inn when we travel because it is always a great experience.
Pros:

The breakfast was great, as usual. We really enjoyed the pool. The towels are easily accessible in the pool area. Parking was easy. Everyone on staff was friendly. Genia was especially friendly and helpful. Every time we saw her she would ask about our stay and/or how our day had been.
